Worst washing machine I’ve ever owned

I thought that it would be great because my other LG appliances have been great, and it was the simplest one which I thought would be best. It works about 50% of the time. I’ve had the repair service out to my house, the number of times and the last time the guy tried to tell me he thought that a mouse chewed it. The absurdity of this is ridiculous! He thought a mouse chewed on the drum of the washing machine, and that it wrapped some stuff around the shocks as well. All of that is completely ridiculous. The point is this washer hardly ever works, and it’s only three years old. Save yourself all the heartache and buy anything, but this washing machine!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this LG washing machine 2 years ago and just had to replace it because of the water level when we get this new machine it looks smaller than the one that we have from 2 years ago as the same model but it's doing the same thing it does not put enough water in there to cover the clothes and the clothes are not getting wet or getting clean I really don't like this machine I'm calling Best buy to see what I can do

The lg support said there is no clutch but offered to send a tech to charge me to fix it. Its only 3 years old. I expect more from LG. This is the last time i buy an LG appliance.

I have to use it on deep fill. It has no lint trap, so after washing dirty clothes (gardening, hiking) I find dirt in the bottom of the washing machine that I have to clean out myself. And this washer that's supposed to save water--you have to run it completely empty full of hot water to wash the washer. STUPID. In almost 25 years with my old Maytag I never had any of these issues.

Tub Spins Out of Control - Uneven

Long story short to get it fixed would have cost as much as a new one, so we purchased new with Geek Squad Tech warranty. We've had this one almost a year to the date and the same issue happened; at least the other model was 5 years old. Now a tech can't get out to the house for 2 weeks to repair it. Stay way from this model.

There's nothing to catch the lint/particles so they stick to your clothes. Dark clothes come out looking bad. I have to wipe them down with damp cloth. I would not recommend.
