The front controls, huge drum, and quite operation makes this a great replacement for our prior unit. I just hope this one lasts 20 years too.

Oh the joy of doing laundry. It doesn't seem like a chore. This washer does it all from pre-timing to start when you want, to soaking to sanitizing. The chime when finished is soft, but adjustable to volume. The see-thru lid helps my grandsons as they can tell how much longer before the load is finished. There are many settings for every type of fabric and condition of materials. I love this washer and I can't think of anything that I would change it to make it any better.

I enjoy using my washer and dryer. I love the fact there's no knobs very sleek and quiet. It washes my king comforter with ease.

I researched several manufacturers and models before selecting this one. It has a very large capacity and does a great job on the clothes.

Washer works very well, no issue with performance. Easy to use. Installers were very good as well. Tub, however, is very deep. I am 5'10 and have difficulty retrieving items from the bottom of the tub.

Moved and left my 30 year old washer behind. Love this new washer. No agitator in the middle so it is easy to drop clothes in and let it wash. The washer will distribute the clothes so they are in balance. It uses less water and is very quiet. Wash time seems much shorter than I'm used to with the old machine. The only thing I would change is I wish it was just a bit shorter. I am not a short woman at 5'8", but I find getting clothes out after they wash, I have to stand on my tip toes.

This is the best washer I've ever used. I love the features. You can add more water or do extra rinse which makes the laundry come out cleaner. Unlike front load washer, you can add more laundry even after it has started. Automatically senses how much it weighs before it starts for best result. I didn't expect so much but I'm totally satisfied after using it. I highly recommend getting this machine.

Went from a front loader to a top loader. We love the machine as it holds so much more laundry than our old one. It is so quiet.

After owning a front loader for the past many years, it was a hard thing for me to step "backwards" in time to a top loader. But I have to say that I am glad I did! I nearly spent three times as much on a new front loader but after my first load in this washer...all I can say is WOW! Top loaders have come a long way and this is an Ahh-MAZING washer. My clothes are cleaner than my front loader was ever able to get them and the agitation gives me confidence. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.

Like the larger size tub. Can be challenging for a shorter person to reach the bottom to remove clothes. No problems.
