This was a replacement for an earlier model. It's quite and cleans the cloths well.

This was my first HD washer so I was a little nervous when I saw how little water it used and that I didn't had little control over water level. The clothes came out clean though and I liked the fact that there was no agitator in the middle of the tub. There was a lot more room for large items such as comforters. I did find the tub a little deep and I have to really stretch to get the clothes at the bottom of the tub when the load is finished. That was the only negative.

Very quiet and efficient! I have washed rugs and still haven't filled the tub. Cleans very well without an agitator.

I was looking for a top load washing machine that was both quite and would save water. This LG machine takes care of both of these issues. It is very quite especially for my small space, had issues with old machine that was loud and could interrupt TV volume. The load sensing capability gives machine the right amount of water for what you throw in. The Best Buy associate also pointed out to me the stainless steel versus plastic interior, which prevents odor.

Great washer, very easy to use and customizable. Several foods settings like quick wash and delicates.

I bought this for my parents when they needed a new washing machine. Having recently bought LG for my own home and fell in love with it, we decided to stay with LG for my parents purchase. It works great, as expected, based on my experience. We love that the washer uses only the amount of water needed, based on the load. Overall, it's fast, efficient, cleans very well. We've always preferred the top loader to the front because it's cleaner and more practical for us, personally. I recommend LG to all my family and friends and we'd definitely buy again if needed.

I absolutely LOVE my new washing machine. The capacity is amazing. It is SUPER stable and doesn't rock at all with the new barrel within the base technology. Also, Don't let the fact that it is a top loading machine fool you. It is the same as a front loading machine except that it loads on top and you don't have to worry about banging into the washing machine door that has to be left open with front loading machines. I just simply keep the lid open with this.

Washes cloths better than our old samsung. Uses less soap and water, spins cloths very dry less dryer time

I put off buying a new washer for years as I milked the last life out of my old one. Now that I have this one I wish I had upgraded years ago. This machine works so well and uses so much less power and water than my old one, plus it has a much greater capacity. Excellent product

This is a great washer. It has a very large load capacity and gets my families clothes very clean.
