This washer is great and it plays a nice song when its done, watching it is very entertaining. As a farm family with mud and smelly filled clothes, our cloths come out very clean. When the spin cycle is finished my clothes come out dryer so it means less drying time.

so far so good. works great, easy to use with a lot of features. first time we had a washer without an agitator. alot more room for clothes and much easier to load. the agitator logically destroys clothing. very happy with this purchase.

I like my new LG wash machine. It is quiet and gets the clothes clean.

It looked like it could hold a large laundry load in the store, but at home for some reason, it looks even bigger still. It has a neat pre-wash procedure where it weighs the clothes in a Spin-type cycle and then uses the appropriate amount of water. No more setting the machine to large, medium, or small loads. Pretty cool!

I love this large capacity washer. My only complaint is that the tub is so large that I have trouble getting the clothes out at the bottom. I love the controls on the front panel as well.

This was on sale at BestBuy Madison West. After several months of considering various washer brands, I chose this particular brand & model to replace a 16+ year-old Amana washer. I'm really pleased with the washer's functionality & especially that it's so quiet. Mine is in my basement and even when I'm down there, noise is non-existent (and this is a cement floor & cement block basement -- unfinished). One note, and I was aware before purchasing as I checked this out in the store -- because of the depth of the washer and no agitator, I do have a "grabber" to get items such as socks, out of the machine -- my height is 4'10" so no surprise. The "Water Plus" option to add extra water to wash cycles is helpful, although I've only used it once to see how it worked; seems like the machine's calibration of how much water is needed based on weight of clothing load and soil level chosen is excellent.

I have had this for almost a year now and I still love it. It works well and is efficient. I have not had to rewash any clothes so far. I like that all chimes can be turned off so those that have an upstairs washer do not have to hear the chimes if running at night.

I had a Kenmore that was right around 5 years old that gave me a lot of problems with error codes and lengthy wash cycles. This washer does an excellent job cleaning without error codes and readjusts the wash time when it detects the load is ready often ending early with no issues with having clean clothes.

I am very pleased with the performance of the LG Washer first one of this brand that I have owned. Easy to use and washed great. Much more economical to use on power and water than the older ones.

This is by far the best appliance we have ever owned. We were not happy with the washer we just bought, but the staff at the Best Buy in West Mifflin took us out of the washer we didn't like and got us this one which is 100% better. Thanks to everyone involved.

This is my first HE washer and I had no idea what to expect. I actually watched the whole process thru the glass top and was surprised at how little water was used. I am very impressed with the detergent and fabric softener dispenser and the the ability to easily clean it. The machine does an exceptional job of cleaning the laundry.

I watched the washer through the full cycle and was amazed at the difference between my old set and the new. I did not know what to think at first because I was expecting a center post that did the agitation. The new system is much better and my clothes look great. I love doing laundry now. Thanks

We couldn't be more pleased with this washer...was worried about noise as our laundry is pretty close to our great room. It's very quiet and I'm more impressed with how well the spin cycle leaves the clothes. It has cut down on how long we have to use the dryer. Spend just a tad more and get this unit.

Love this washer. It has a number of settings and I have yet to use them all. There's no agitator in the middle so my king size comforter fit and washed well. Great buy for the price!

So quiet and I love it. My clothes are so clean!!!

I've had the washer for about 2 months now and it get used Alot. The size is decent for the price range. Clothes get cleaned well. Just takes a bit too get used to the noises it makes. It's not like an old school washer with crazy noises that are very loud. It's quiet and (very hard to explain) makes a kinda like buzzing noise that comes in spurts. Also the end of cycle buzzer isn't a buzzer. It's a musical melody. Could miss it if you don't know about it. But the interface is easy to use. Lots of pre programmed settings for cycles. Just would have liked it too be totally customizable for wash cycles. But you can supposedly make user inputted cycles which I haven't tried yet. So maybe it is. Hope this helps whoever is looking at this washer.

This is a really nice washer gets close clean don't waste water I have had this washer for a year now an it is still working like the day I buy it an to have Best buy bring it out is nice five stars all the way.
