This is our second LG washer Set. It is absolutely great. It is quiet, very quiet!

I liked that it was a lop load, as I didn't want front load ( water sits in a front load & can get stinky), & no agitator, which is great, so you can wash a large bedspread. But clothes don't come out as clean as I'd like.

Easy to use washer, really no complaints. Except my five foot four inch wife can't reach the bottom of the washer, in fact I'm over six foot and I barely reach all the clothes at the bottom. Quality construction overall, just to big of washing tub.

Love the washer I’ve had it for about a month now and I’ve had no complaints. My clothes are clean and it looks complicated when u see all the buttons but very easy to use

We got this washer and at first I was hesitant because I'm used to a washer with an agitator but couldn't pass up the price we got it for. I have to say I love this washer!!

Just purchased so no long term use feedback but I can say the washer cleans my clothes. Of course, I'd be really annoyed if I bought a washer and it didn't clean clothes. Is much quieter than my previous washer. Takes some time getting used to glass top.

Bought this for my son and family and they love it. Their old one was old and had only the basic options. They really like the water saving and other options they now have.

It has a huge inside where you can put even king size comforters. I really love this washer and am so glad I bought it over the lesser price ones. So worth the cost.

Best Buy service stands up to its name- BEST! The machine is quiet and does a fantastic job. The only negative is it is a stretch to reach and take the Landry out of the tub

We have had it for just over a month, and it is way better then the front loader it replaced. Tub is a little deep but no worse than bending in for the front loader.

Best machine I’ve ever owned I use less water clothes are spun almost dry so when I put them in dryer it’s less time and electricity for drying time also

Relatively inexpensive, not overly complex. Little to go wrong or break. Excellent results ! Highly recommend.

Love this washer. Easy to figure out settings and easy to reach the bottom of the barrel. Only complaint is that the app integration does not work with Apple.

The machine washes all our loads very well with a minimum amount of water and detergent usage. I appreciate how the machine 'sizes up' the load and then uses just enough water and determines how long the cycles should be. It has a multitude of options for selection of settings. The lid is a view plate and you can watch the load being washed. So far, so good. As the machine is quite computerized, I opted for an extended repair policy with the Geek Squad...just in case! I can advise friends to seriously consider this machine. It seems like a good value. We did get it on sale.

Huge washer. Quiet. Sing song alarm sounds when done. Has a load sensor. Tons of options so your clothes/items are washed just the way you want. And it is so cool to be able to see it in motion (the top of the lid is glass). Excellent washer!

I used GE front washer before, now change to LG. so far everything is good, and top load is ok for clear. at the begin, we think front load or top load washer. finally it perform better than I expect right now.

The LG is quiet, has a large capacity (twice that of my previous front-loader), and does not shake the house while spinning. Clothes come out clean, even on the speed-wash setting. And I like that the controls are on the front of the machine.

It takes some getting used to how to load it properly, and how to add the correct amount of soap, but this machine holds a ton of clothes and washes well.
