We are very pleased with the purchase...it is so quiet that we had to go into the laundry room repeatedly to make sure the machine was working. Great product.

Huge washer

Well boy was she wrong and I'm so glad I decided to purchase this model. I can do twice the amount of laundry and everything comes out clean! Love my new washer.

One heck of a Washer!

Its been almost 2 months and no issues. This washer is very quiet, light and easy to use.

Great Washer

We feel that it is far superior to the front loading machine it replaced. We have only had it for about 6 months, but it is very quite. It is a slight challenge to reach to the bottom and pull out wet cloths if you are smaller in stature.

Really like how easy it is to use the options

The only thing that hinders my use is my ability to remove the cloths. I guess I am a little short and my arms don't reach all the way to the bottom, I have to use a pair of BBQ tongs or a step stool to remove the last few items. LOL

I haven’t had any issues (I’ve only had it two months). My 15 yr old washer finally died and I spent over two weeks looking for the right one. The ONLY downside, is it is not suitable for vertically challenged folks. I am 5’ tall with T-Rex arms. I had to get a step stool to reach the bottom of the drum.
