The washer is good for the price. My major complaint is the depth of the machine ..not everyone is 6 foot ..Im 5.5 and need a stool to reach the clothes inside at the bottom of my washer !! No bueno!! If you are shorty dont buy it !!!

After struggling with mildew smells from my old front loader, and wiping gunk from the seal for ten years- I can not even express how delightful it is to have a top loading washer again. I am so easily pleased- just thrilled to have clean smelling clothes once again.

We bought this washer and its matching dryer when our old ones both died. It handles even large loads such as queen bed comforters easily. It hasmany useful cycles and is very quiet.

I've had this washer for a little over a month now. I love the glass top as it just gives the top load washer a different look. I thought the buttons being on the front would be a problem with my 2 yr old, but it hasn't been. The cycle selections are very self explanatory. The price is pretty high, but it seems to be in range of most other washers.

I was not familiar with the LG brand, but I love this washer. It is so easy to use and does a great job. I like not having a center post in the way inside the tub. You just throw in the laundry and soap and push a button. It senses the load size for you. It even plays a little song to let you know it's done (no annoying beeping).

I reviewed this under the dryer, which is an excellent machine. I didn't have to run this dryer 2x to get it to dry like my old dryer. This dryer beeps as well like the washing machine. I bought these products together. Excellent delivery service and setup.

This washing machine is good for money. No complicated menu and less notice.

I bought this washer and so far so good. I haven't purchased a washer in a long time. When I went into Best Buy I was taken back by all the different ones that are out there. This one has the load sensing thing where it adds water after doing its initial sensing on the load of laundry. It has many different washing modes. One cool part about this washer is that when it is in the spin cycle it sounds like you're on an airplane ready to land. For the most part it is pretty quiet even in my small apartment.

Very quiet washer, so far I have no complaints on it.

Pretty satisfied for a $600 wash machine. The auto sensing water level is good, but should be a way that we can manually determine the water level, particularly when you can see the water inside is not enough. Maybe just haven't figured out the setting.

This machine takes less time, water and is more efficient.

We had an LG before that we left at a house we sold. At our new house we got a Kenmore washer that quit and needed 300 dollars worth of repairs 2 months after the warranty expired. Glad to have the LG back.

My twelve year old Kenmore died at the beginning of the rinse cycle. I immediately went to my computer to the Best Buy site, since I had had such a great experience with them earlier that month buying a refrigerator, and started researching washers and reviews. I picked out the one that I thought I might want and did a price check on other sites. When I got to the Best Buy store and looked at the LG machine, I was concerned that it had no agitator. I questioned the salesperson, and he said that he had one just like it, and it had worked great for five years. They matched the best price, and I bought it. The nicest delivery people in the world delivered it, set it up, and explained all the new technology. I read the book and washed the first load. It gets my clothes cleaner than my old agitator! I don't have to worry about balancing loads, because this machine does it. Also, I have a machine with the capacity to wash small loads and large bedding that my old agitator couldn't accommodate. Happy!

Haven't had a lot of time to use this, but it seems to do a good job. I have been using an extra spin cycle to get clothes extra dry before going in the dryer. It is DEEP, difficult to get small items out of the bottom if you are vertically challenged!

Clothes come out clean. I like the top loading model after having a front load one for 9 years. Looks good next to the dryer of the same series.
