I love this washer. Clothes are cleaned well. It is quiet and many settings to choose from. Sleek design. Quiet while cycle is on and a little tune is played when finished.

Had this for almost a year. No issues. Washes well but does not use much water. I usually have to donwater plus setting to avoid detergent staining. Also the washing bin is very deep. I’m 5’5” and have to stand on my top toes to reach clothes at bottom. If you’re any shorter, you will need a step stool. Overall good washer

Awesome replacement to my front loader. The old one was awkward to load and unload and was totally unreliable. I feel this one is much easier to use, access the clothes and will not have that grossness of the big gasket to clean out with the front loader! yeah!

I like the large drum and not having the aggitar in the center. It is really easy to operate and you can wash big loads in it. I like how it moves the clothes around to clean them. Clothes come out really clean and not a lot of water.

Have to commend LG on good quality appliances that are well rated for quality and reliability. Working great so far!

I love this washer!! My clothes are clean and it plays a cute melody to let me know It's done. It's also so quiet that I sometimes have to check through the glass top to make sure it's running. There are a lot of settings I haven't discovered but I'm sure they'll be great as well. So glad I'm made this purchase and Best Buy delivery was seamless.

Initially I had to have a service tech out because it was not filling properly due to internal valves and sensors. Best Buy and LG stood behind the product and was very accommodating. No issues thus far except that unless set to bulky or water plus, clothes aren't guaranteed to come out clean due to insufficient water levels on normal setting.

Everything went well, the washer is working out just fine.

I was a bit skeptic when purchasing this machine. After a few uses and seeing that my clothes came out clean, I started trusting it was doing a good job. It has smart function in it and its programable!

The basin is so deep I can't reach the clothes on the bottom

This is the first time I've purchased a washer and I was nervous about getting the best bang for my buck. I decided to go with the LG after reading tons of reviews and after one month of using it, it has been a great buy. Would definitely recommend it.

I saw the reviews at another store and was hesitant. But the reviews from BB were great. I do not regret it. The machine is smoth and I only had one error because the load was all uneven. So far so good!!

We had the same model in our old home which we left behind and it was great, we purchased the updated model and it's even better. We love it. Is very quiet and works great cleaning clothes. Go with what works and this washer works.

I reviewed several washers before I bought this one. I have only had it for two days and I can tell that it is better than I expected. It did have one issue of being unbalanced when I washed a blanket and a pillow together. The water level is covering my clothes and my clothes are getting clean. I cut my little finger tonight and bled on a dish cloth. I sprayed the cloth with Spray and Wash, and put the dish cloth in the wash with other white items. I added bleach to the wash from the small container within the machine. The cloth has come out completely free of blood stains.

We needed new washer and dryer for our condo, it was a tight fit, so we found these at Best Buys and it was on sale. I usually use the front loaders, but this is just like it only top loader. Only have used it once, but washes well.

First time with a washer without an agitator and we love it! The way it senses the weight of the clothes before starting the cycle is very nice. Very well washed clothes every time. Totally recommend this product.
