I just changed from a front loader to a the LG top loader. I have only had the washer for a month, but so far I am very happy. It adjusts to the load, and washing time accordingly, Clothes have came out clean, and my drying time has been decreased.

Quick drying time without shrinking clothes. I can put a bunch of clothes in and it still somehow senses how to dry them. I thought my other dryer was ok until I bought this one! Cuts my drying time in half sometimes. LOVE THIS! Highly recommend.

Great on water usage, small amount of soap & softener used, very quiet, but if you are short this is not the machine for you: you have to really reach to get clothes out when they are done. But otherwise I like the machine.

Had budget and space limitations. First drier delivered didn’t fit (our fault not BB’s). Sent back to get smaller drier but not in stock (again not BB’s fault). BB was great about making exchange setting up delivery. Went well. Like new appliances but washing machine is very loud. Mostly happy

This thing is pretty great. No problems so far (about two months) and my family of four use it very often. I actually love watching it weigh out the clothes and put in the proper amount of water before washing the clothes. Great buy!

We have had this product for about a month. It appears to be operating properly and efficiently. It is a little noisy, but when you close the laundry room door it''s irrelevant.

This is my favorite washer so far, very deep and large capacity, stainless tub, quiet and washes perfectly

Only had for a few days now. The delivery and setup went very smoothly. So far washer is great.....the clothes do come out more wrinkled then my previous washers, however the dryer seems to be doing a good job removing the wrinkles.

This washer does all I need. The only things is if I have a small load the soap doesn't always rinse completely. Love it tho and it looks great too.

I just installed this washer and have only used it a few times. It works flawlessly. Exceptionally quiet, and it removes the final rinse water nearly as much as the front loader machine that it is replacing.

Great washer for the price, very quiet with many settings. Sends diagnostics to youe phone great buy.

This washer is HUGE! I can wash my queen size comforter with no problem! Only thing I have an issue with is, the controls are at the front...I'm only 5ft tall so, I have to use tongs to get the items at the bottom of the washer. Other than that I absolutely LOVE my washer!!!

As I said I bought it for my daughter she lives in Nebraska it got off balance one time that was just because the rugs in there were all on one side which is normal for all washing machines overall she loves it

This is my first HE washing machine and I like it very much. I am surprised how much water I am saving. When it balances the load at the beginning of the cycle, it also establishes how long to run the cycle.

this magical machine does what it is told to do. Get a step ladder unless you've got the arm length of Bill Russell, this baby is deep.

Cleans the clothes really well and spins a great deal of water out of them too (spin cycles are very quick). We can do large loads now.

I love love my new LG washer. It has a clear top so you can see how the clothes actually wash. grand children like it more than tv i think...ha! Clothes come out so clean and fresh, best washer I ever bought!

Really great washer. I had quite a learning curve because my old washer was a relic. Was shocked at how little water it uses . Clothes came out very clean and the lack of an agitator makes washing a large comforter easy.

This item washes the clothes very good cycles are not that long uses water efficient clothes come out very dry from being just washed product is very good

Impressed totally, and I can hardly hear it going through its cycles so quiet and smooth.
