this washer is the best all the options one would need plus it plays a tune when you power up and when wash is done love that the there is no agitator

This washer has worked fine ever since it was installed. I am very satisfied with my purchase. This is one of four LG appliances that I have in my home and they all work fine except for my refrigerator.

It suggested it was phone-diagnostic compatible but apparently not with Apple products. That’s fine with me as it works amazingly well. I love the huge basin that allows me to wash my king size comforters.

After having a Samsung front load washer for 4 and 1/2 years (before the Samsung Dryer Motor went out), we forgot how much we missed our top loader. This thing is perfect for our family of 4. (Boys age 13 and 10). Just recently washed a set of king, queen, and full size sheets all at once without any issues. My parents and brother all have had LG in the past and are very happy with them. So far we feel the same.

I recommend this product for a small family of 3-4 people. It's compact and not making much noice. It's efficient in water usage as well based on the load. For the price it is a very good Washer.

I love how quiet it is. It can hold and balance a large load. I am able to do less loads and get more laundry done for my family.

Love love love it..I had a GE was only 2 years old piece of junk....The LG is solid washes great..I love it..everything I buy now will be LG..

The only issue we had with this washer was that it was using ALL the hot water. It was so strange. Each time we washed clothes it would only wash in hot even if we had pressed for only cold. We called LG they sent someone out right away. Great guy, fixed it right up.

Tub technology allows to pack washer with a lot of clothes and it is very efficient.

I was pleased with the dryer when I got that first a few years ago, and so I followed up with the matching washer when my old washer quit working this year. So far, it has worked great! Excellent information and help from the store person in pointing me to the matching machine.

Oh my gosh! Going from a 5 year old washing machine to this one has been awesome! Clothes are clean, they smell clean! The settings are easy to use! fantastic for our family of 7!

The Best washer ever! It automatically weighs out the necessary water needed based on how heavy the load is. You still have the option to add more water if needed. Highly recommended.

After having a Samsung washer that blew up, we are happy with just about anything. However, this machine is incredible. It does a great job with all types of loads. Only issue is that I am about 5 foot five inches and it is a bit difficult to reach into.

The team that installed my washer and dryer and refrigerator were very professional in the installation of all three items. I do wish they would have had the time to walk me through the basic operations but they had other installations for the day.

this is a great washing machine for a family or for anyone. it takes the guessing out of what size load you should choose. it does it for you. Its very quiet. and has lots of options for different loads

Easy install. Clear directions for use. Sales person not the friendliest when I refused to buy new water hoses from best buy. Would have purchased elsewhere had it not been for interest free option
