Works great and the installation was quick and painless. A little more difficult to get clothes out for me and my wife as the drum is quite deep, but we really enjoy the extra room

We have had agitator style washing machines for decades and they did the job and usually lasted 10+ years. However, we thought that we would give one of these new high efficiency machines a shot and so far so good. It washes differently than our other washers but it is working great so far. The capacity seems huge by comparison. I just hope that all of these 'sensors' and 'electronic switches' pass the test of time. By the way, we have had this LG washer for just over a month.

Bosch front loader died after 7 years. Tired of paying top dollar for expensive appliances, This LG was about 1/2 the price of a so called high end washer. So far has worked well.

Great product for the price. Not a fancy dryer for use in our beach house. It get heavy use in the summers and does a good job at what it does.

Easy to use. great for a big family. big enough for a couple blankets at once.

This machine has great capacity and is very easy to use! my kids were able to teach me in just a few short steps. Ha!

This washer uses less water and really spins the water out so your drying time is less! Very nice and easy to use.

So I had s Samsung washer first and it died on me... It took me a long time to decide what washer I wanted... Your employees where wonderful and help me decide on a washer... I know they probably was getting tired of me, but they didn't show it... I love my washer

I bought this washer after our front loader died. We've only had it a few months, but so far we love it. It cleans well, has a lot of features and is quieter than our old front loading model

I need maintenance on mine. Its wrking fine. It’s making a rough sound where be fore you couldn’t hear it. What do I need to do?

Washer does a great job on large loads. The only downside is that it is difficult to unload for my wife who is 5'4" causing her to use a step stool to reach clothing in the bottom of the tub.

Had this washer delivered back at the beginning of July...has been great thus far. This is my first washer I've ever owned and so far so good. I hope it continues to be reliable!

Love the controls being in front of the machine instead of having to reach across the top to the back panel. Seems to do an excellent job in cleaning clothes, plus I love the large capacity.

We recently purchased this washer together with it's matching dryer for our new condo. It has every washing option one could need and also looks great in our laundry room.

It is a great tool and energy efficient too. Very smart to measure the amount of water to wash for the amount of laundry placed in the tub. I still have to use other features like delayed wash!

Had to trash our Samsung front loader which worked only for 5 years..thus LG is a top loader. One good thing is it has load sensor and based on that, water amount is decided. I like it so far.

It’s worked great and no repairs needed over 2 years . Nice features and has a rapid wash helps if you don’t have a lot of time between loads .

Perfect size, quality looks great and the price point is fantastic, This is the best I could find in this price range. Just what I needed without any of the extras I don't use.

I love my washer. It is by far the best one I have had. Very water and energy efficient. I am a big fan go LG products. I recommend the washer to all who ask my opinion on buying a new washer.
