This LG clothes washer has been great so far. The only negative is that when I bend over to put clothes in the washer, my body presses the buttons and changes the settings

This is my second LG washer, and I really like it. It washes clothes very clean, and big capacity is a plus.

I haven't had this washing machine long, but so far no problems. I have heard some top load washing machine don't put enough water on the clothes, but no problem with this and there is a button to add more if you want, but I haven't had to use it yet.

I have had mixed results so far with this washer. Towels and a comforter have turned out very well. Clothes seem to get twisted. It's pretty easy to use and I have not had any quality problems so far.

I've had this about 1 month. I've had a HE washer before and this one is by far much better. Cleans better than my prior HE Maytag.

One year after purchase, I am very pleased with this washer. It works well and was the best price around. Add to that the Best Buy points I earned. Great purchase.

First time to try LG product, so far so good! Will recommend to family and friends! I cant think of anything more to say.. why are we forced to write 50 words minimum, quite annoying!

Our last HE washer was very loud in the spin cycle. Once it stopped working I knew I wanted a quiet machine. The sales persons help was fantastic in picking a quiet machine. Thank You Best Buy!

I researched this machine at great length before buying it. I took the time to read the manual before using the machine. The machine spends in my opinion, way too much time "load sensing" and not enough time washing. In a 52 minute cycle it only washed for 12 minutes. It also makes weird noises on the spin cycle. I disliked it so much, I returned it for the Whirlpool Cabrio. This machine was beautifully quiet on the spin cycle, but sounded like a bucket of bolts on the wash cycle. If I could have mixed the two units together, it would have been perfect. Another issue with the LG is the water level. I have learned to just wash regular loads on the heavy duty load which gives enough water to cover your clothes. Many of the HE washers have the water level issue and you have to adjust your choice of wash cycle to accommodate your personal choice on water levels. Bottom line, the LG vs the Whirlpool, if you don't mind noise, the Whirlpool works as well as the LG. If quieter is your thing, then the LG is the better choice.

The wash tub is huge. I am able to do comforters as well as everyday wash. I bought this machine because my daughter-in-law and son raved about it. Glad I listened.

Great, Love it. Quiet machine, cleans great , Like the option of several selections for each cycle. Push buttons for selections rather than knobs are great.

If you use the "Heavy" setting you will get enough water in the tub to clean the clothes. Otherwise it leaves detergent and/or fabric softener on clothes that shows up on dark clothing. Very annoying. It is also VERY deep and if you are short you can't reach the bottom to get out all the clothes. I have a very difficult time and have to get my husband who is able to reach the bottom. Not good for short people like myself.

Delivery guys were great and very efficient. It was easy to hook up. Menu is easy to use & machine cleans clothes well.

I like the washer, its very quiet. The only thing I dont like is if you dont add the extra water, your clothes will come out dirtier than they was before you put them in.

Works as it should ..its in a laundry room never hear it ..

Thjs set makes washing and drying done so much faster. I am a busy mom and I do not have time to do alot of loads. Thank you

So many cycle options. Programmed a general cycle for my kids. They just measure the correct amount of liquid detergent and push 3 buttons. Large capacity!

I was a little anxious about a machine without an agitator but I've had no trouble and it does a great job. I like it very much - Easy to operate and quiet.

There are crazy options available on washers and dryers these days. This one is probably middle-of-the-road with options craziness. Works great and I have no worries with it.

This machine functions well and was at a great price! Looks great in the basement too!!! Really happy about this purchase!
