It’s only been a few weeks, but, I have have been very happy the performance. I do always choose the extra water feature, as the instructions suggested.

Top loading. Large capacity. Easy to program for various wash cycles. Uses little water. Cleans clothes well.

This LG Washer has all of the features we were looking for. I guess the only issue we might have is that the wash time is an hour and a half

The machine itself is not loud, but the washing process is noticably loud. Still vibrates a bit during the spin cycle but not dangerously so.

Does the job without too many complicated choices. Glass top to see inside. Always have chosen "Auto option" instead of selecting the size.

I'm very pleased with the LG washer that I replaced my Samsung with. Both products are extremely efficient but the LG is more user friendly and of course safer in its daily use. I would recommend this product to anyone

I've previously had an LG washer and dryer pair, so I expected to be getting quality. That's exactly what I got. Great value for the price.

This washer cleans clothes great using less water than most machines. It does have a low drum, so people under 5'4" may need a stool to empty the washer.

High tech washer, with numerous washing cycles/modes. Huge drum, with plenty of space to wash the sheets and comforter together. 2 thumbs!!!

Since the first day I purchased this LG washing machine it's been working really good very quiet very energy sufficient. So far so good

As a 5' 3" woman, it is hard for me to reach the bottom of the washer tub. I have to lean way over, with my legs in the air. Besides that, I am enjoying the washer. I'll have to get a step stool.

Again with the controls up front it works great for my brother. Did have a small lid on top to load into washer. But for him it works great.

Washes great looking staff of options...only issue for some... barrel so deep so hard to reach clothes if you’re short ..lol

Great washing machine..you can do a big load comfortably. The only draw back is if you’re short like me you’ll have a hard time getting the bottom clothes. I scoop it with a hanger

So nice to have new appliances that work. It sings when you turn it on (bit disturbing) and takes absolutely for ever! But it does the job.
