Good washer easy install and very easy to use as well

Overall very good. Hard to reach clothes in the very bottom.

This washer is nice but the hot water option was not as hot as I would like. The hot water is regulated on the washer and is only 70 degrees.

Easy to install, cost effective, works well. Enjoy

Very easy to use. A lock on the door so when the washer is on a toddler can't get in the washer. It has all the bells and whistles. I love, love it.

This is the best washer I have ever owned. Love the drum size, it is large enough to wash a huge amount of clothes or multiple comforters. Easy to use and does not waste water. Researched and read lots of reviews, so glad that I went for the LG.

I have so enjoyed doing my laundry since getting my new machine. I love how clean my clothes get and how big the inside of the machine is.

We have had the washer for about a month and use it 2-3 times per week. When we first received it, water leaked into the drum after the wash was complete. I called geek squad and they were scheduled to replace it but a few days later it stopped. Now a month later, the leak is back!! The washer does a good job cleaning clothes but he leak is annoying! Back to geek squad we go.

The tub of the washer is so deep that for a short person like myself I have to strain to bend over the machine to reach & remove the clothes

I wish I hadn't bought this washer. Had it for three years now and I have to wash every load twice. They don't come clean the first time around. I tried more detergent, more water, extra rinse. . .everything and still the clothes are dirty. How "efficient" is a washer if it takes two cycles to get the clothes clean? Also, the cycles are REALLY long. Finally, if you are short, you'll hate this thing. I bought a little step stool to be able to reach into the deep tub. I'm 5'5". The only thing I like about it is that it's quieter than my last washer. I don't recommend this one, however.

Love how quiet my new washer is and how big the drum is. I can now do laundry in half the time. Clothes seem to come out cleaner

Pretty good washer for the money. I enjoybthe multi cycles and temps! Its alot larger then what i had, so now im lost a few days a week on not having laundry to do just about everyday!

Highly recommend this LG top loading washer - efficient with all the bells and whistles. The tub is large and stainless steel.

It is a little too deep for short people. But overall it is a great washer. I love the noise level... very quiet. I also love that it tells how much time a load is going to take.

We were very nervous about purchasing a high efficiency washer. We had heard they don't get clothes clean. We were very wrong. This washer, when used as the easy instructions direct, washes large loads extremely well. The control panel being on the front instead of at the back of the washer is very handy and easy to use. Just one button or two and it is ready to go. This washer has a window in the top, so it was kind of fun watch the first load to see how a high efficiency washer works.
