I have been postponing purchasing a new washer/dryer for years because I am so dirt poor. I finally had to give in a few weeks ago after my beloved 2001 Kenmore Elite washing machine cleaned its final load and died. This washing machine has been life changing. I am an extremely busy lady working two jobs as an RN, going to school full time, and raising two children alone. There is not a dime to spare for luxurious expensive appliances, but I would buy this again in a heart beat. My clothes come out so much cleaner than I ever knew possible and the spin cycle takes nearly every ounce of water out so dry time is so short!!! I have very little extra time in the day to worry about laundry, and now that burden is lifted. I assure you LG is not reimbursing me for this endorsement (although they can if they so desire), but I would gladly do a commercial because I believe in this so much. Sometimes you don't realize the weight of a problem until that problem is solved. With two teenagers in the house we go through an embarrassing amount of dirty clothes but now I can finish the wash in one evening. This machine is quiet, efficient, and user friendly. I am so glad I took the time to read reviews before making a purchase. There is a reason this washer has received so many stars. I am near tears realizing how life changing this product is. Once I save up enough money you can bet I'll be back to buy the matching dryer but genuinely it isn't even a huge concern because the washer has made such an impact. For every butt I've had to wipe, every IV Iv'e had to start, every irritable doctor I've had to calm, I am thankful because I could afford to buy this washing machine. Laundry=solved.

This washer is pretty fancy but sure does take a long time. It has a lot of sensors which takes forever. Don't just blame LG most of the new machines are like this.

This was my first time purchasing a washer and dryer as I just moved into my first house. The sales representative at the Best Buy location I went to was very knowledgeable and helpful (that's rare these days as the sales reps I've previously incurred are just there to ring up products). Had to read the manual to work the washer because it's fancier and has way more options than what I'm used to. I was nervous about the amount of water it uses - used to the washer being full but my clothes have come out clean!

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a deep washer for those bulky items.

Replaced a front loader we had for about 5 yrs. best purchase such an improvement.

It was a nice washer no bells or whistles good price the matching dryer was defective so I just returned both products for a different brand

First time owner of an LG washer and this item has been working GREAT!

Great washer! Attractive design, easy to use and lots of features.

My first load I was impressed. Then I washed a jacket by itself and it ripped it apart at the seams. A string got caught on the bottom and it ripped it to pieces. It was an expensive jacket and I have to be careful what I wash. Also, some items come out as dirty as they went in. I wouldn't recommend this washer, but the matching dryer is great.

This washer is great. It has a lot of cycle options . I've forgotten to close the soap dispenser a couple of times, but the soap will still dispense which is great. The only thing I wasn't expecting was not being able to open the door once you start. I got used to doing this in all my previous washers, but I guess that's how new technology is now.

east install by Bestbuy and works great. Really quiet machine.

Didn't have much luck with the previous Samsung machine, but this one good good reviews and we got it at a good price, so we're trying again.

The best washer ever have, it making me laundry easiest!

Prior to installing. Salesperson basically insisted I buy new hoses. After installation, I knew why. I have better high quality hoses. However, I immediately had a hose error message during first use. It has gone through a complete wash cycle once. I can override all errors manually and complete the washes. All these high tech features are the problem. I bought additional warranty. Either don't buy or get warranty,

My wife was in the hunt for a new washing machine. After researching cost and performance she found the LG washer she wanted, at Best Buy. The washer has performed fabulously and we paid a great price for it. It has been a great purchase all around !!
