Has a big capacity so we can wash a lot at one time

Good Washer.Pretty quiet when washing and easy use.

My front loading Whirlpool washer start leaking water. It will cost me over $200 for repair. It was a difficult decision for me whether to fix the old one or to buy a new washer. I found the LG top loader on sale at BestBuy. I am glad I bought it. BestBuy delivered and set it up quickly. I have my full trust in Best Buy

Ok, that's always a good warning. But on this model you can hit the buttons when loading and/or unloading. Wash carefully.

The dryer was a replacement for our whirlpool cabrio that quit working was gonna cost too have have repaired . Wife is very happy. Happy wife is happy life ! Lol

I do not advise purchasing this washer!!! We had it for less that 3 years and started having problems with it. The problems started when it would not get the clothes clean and a part of a full load would be completely dry after a washing. Then it stopped working. Thank goodness we had bought a 5 year warranty, they came out , had to order the part to fix it, a few weeks later they came back to put the part in, and after they replaced the part( after washing. Four loads of clothes) the machine leaked water everywhere. I was home at the time so it didn't do as much damage. But we were able to replace it with our warranty. Please do not purchase this product, it is not worth the money or effort in having to deal with it. A washer should last more than 3 years.

Not sure about the efficiency with the very small amount of HE detergent it have room for.

Loving my new set only thing is that drying clothes sometimes don't always come out dry.

We purchased this machine and really loved it until I needed to wash something in hot water. We were only able to get the water to about 70 degrees as the cold also came on. Best Buy sent the Geek Squad out twice and replaced the machine once, only to have it do the same thing. It was finally replaced with a different brand.

This washer is getting our cloths cleaner and with no soap residue in half the time that our old one did. The only problem is how deep it is so it is hard to get the cloths on the bottom after washing. We use the step stool from our RV and it works great.

Lots of settings and very high tech, but the clothes come out all twisted and knotted together. Also unless you are 6 foot tall, reaching the clothes to the bottom is very difficult. The biggest issue is how the clothes come out. Have to be careful not to stretch them out getting them unknotted

Seem to be weak to me and it s sometimes too hot that made my clothes shorten

I really like this washer and it does a great job sensing the actual load and delivering the right amount of water to wash the clothing. However, if you are too short (I am not) you may have trouble reaching into the bottom of the machine.

I really like the top loading washer much better than the front loader type. I had an LG front loader for years and it worked perfectly, but I like the top loader better. The front controls are great and the glass top is a nice touch.

My wife and I love the top load and the new technology that the LG washer provides. We can connect both the washer and dryer with our smartphones to start up our laundry when we want it to. Plays a cute little song when it's done.
