Best washer ever owned. Washes even the king sized comforter as well as the dry cleaners.

Love this dryer! It has various heat settings along with multiple time frames for drying laundry items. The size of the drum is very large accomodating larger loads of laundry at once. Would definitely recommend to others.

I purchased this product and was very happy with it's performance. However, after 2 years the pulsator was floating in the washer, no error message and no prior symptoms. Without this the product is an expensive and useless paper weight. There is information about this issue everywhere on the web, except the LG support page. In fact, it is so prevalent I'm surprised the company hasn't provided a service bulletin or similar that covers the cost of the part. This is obviously an issue with manufacturing and likely speaks to the general quality of your other products. The prior washer (whirlpool) lasted 15 years with no issues and we only replaced it to match the dryer we replaced, which also lasted 15 years.

Nothing special. So far washes clothes and dries them.

I absolutely love this washer from the soft close lid to knowing how long your wash will take to be done. I would buy this washer again! Love it that much!

Got these on sale and I couldn't be happier. I've been renting washer and dryer sets because I move a lot because of work. Should have done this year's ago.

We have had the washer for about a week and works well. We did have to wash our dog beds twice to get them clean! I will re post in a month or so about the quality. Previous reviewers had problems with an unbalanced load during the wash cycle but that has not happened so far.

Need to wash the clothes twice to get deodorant off.

Keep clothes quality good don't give much wrinkles

I shopped on line went to best buy and an employee explained several features I wasn't use to having. The one thing I didnt consider was the depth of wash tub I am short and having a problem reaching small items at the bottom.other than that I like my new washer.

This washer is horrible we have had nothing but problems with it since we got it. Always unbalances and will not spin out motor problems and horrible customer service took 5 months to get it fixed and it ruined my laundry room mean time they fixed it with a week broke again and ruined our brand newly remodeled laundry room

Just awesome. I have the washer as well, I would warn that you have to be aware of when the clothes finish that they are 90% dry.

Searched around online and this model seemed best advanced technology for the price. So far the whole family is happy using it. Delivery was a breeze and they were very helpful.

Very nice washing machine, quite and does a great job cleaning your clothes. Washed a king. size blanket... No problem and with the controls up front it is so convenient

Got this after having a nightmare experience with lowes. Was in and out in 20 min flat! Not a single issue with the washer. I would buy 10 if I had room in my house!

The washing machine did not clean clothes well even on the maximum settings and washing 2 or three times (approx. over 3 hours of washing time) Called LG customer service and were unless. However, Best Buy was wonderful and exchanged it for a Samsung

This is a great size and love the fact I can program it to my specifications.
