I strongly considered purchasing a more expensive model (you get what you pay for) but I got every penny's worth with this one! The controls are easy to understand and my clothes are the cleanest I've ever experienced from any washing machine. I confirm the height issue when unloading the drum. I'm 5'-5" and cursed with T-rex arms so I have some difficulty when that last pesky sock is left on the bottom but I manage just fine. That's not enough to take anything away from this machine. I live alone and the capacity is more than ample for my needs, including a queen size comforter. It should easily accommodate a family of 2-3. A few reviewers comment about the automatic water level being too low so I always hit the "water plus" button and I've had no issues. I'm exceptionally happy with my purchase and would recommend this item to anyone! The Best Buy delivery and installation guys were also top notch!
