Everything about this washer/dryer combo is fantastic. The unit is very quiet and runs efficiently. Only issue was with installation. It took 3 Best Buy teams to come out and install correctly. The first group didnt want to even deliver it (stood in our door and told us no) but did it anyway, they left a MASSIVE piece of styrofoam under the unit so it was super loud for the first few washes until we could figure out the issue. Second Best Buy team to come out at first refused to move the unit to look, but when they did they were able to remove the item, however they were no longer able to properly fit the unit in our closet and the door no longer fit. WE finally got a third team out who explained to us WHY they were unable to move the unit again and now we must find an alternative to the original accordion door. Overall the product is great but Best Buy deliver service is not, definitely find an alternative for delivery if you can.

Love the design of the drawer and washer! Very contemporary! It perfectly match with our renovation style.Both machines work very quietly, which we appreciated a lot! The only thing you may need to consider is if it is easy to put in your laundry room. Our laundry room is in second floor, the installation specialists were fantastic, but it took them lots of efforts to put in.

The washer and dryer are easy to use and do a great job! It is quiet, and yes, the dryer suggests settlings for you. We have struggled connecting the unit to WiFi and our installation experience was a nightmare. However- the units were worth it so far!

Only complaint, I had to pick it up myself bc they wouldnt deliver which meant I also had to secure it myself in the back of a pick up truck, being a female it was taken back nobody would help or even give guidance.

I ordered a LG washer/dryer for a condo unit which has restrictions on delivery times. The item was delivered and installed damaged (and not during the hours requested). Best Buy has a delivery window of 7am to 7pm. I then scheduled a replacement delivery and they also didn’t arrive at the scheduled time and nor would the install. Delivery only. So I scheduled a third time and they again did not arrive at the scheduled time. Best Buy indicated I needed to reschedule. After 3 failed attempts to get an undamaged appliance delivered and installed, I cancelled the order and requested my credit card be credited back for the purchase amount. Now they tell me that they can’t refund until they receive the item back. I now have to scheduled time for them to pickup but BB is so incompetent and uncaring it may never get picked up. I am sure I would like the undamaged product if I could ever get someone at Best Buy to care enough to do something about this problem. I am at a loss for what to do.

I have no idea if this unit is any good, but, this review is about the Logistics team at Best Buy. After knowing we needed a 4 man team to get this installed, Best Buy continues to send 2 men. We've had the unit sitting in our garage for two weeks now. Even though the delivery team has requested that we need 4 people multiple times, I've made personal calls several times, they still can't get it right. We have confirmed each time the day before and they still show up with a 2 man team every time. This will be our 4th attempt at getting it right and another week to wait it out. This is ridiculous! I've really never seen anything like this. Stay away from Best Buy if you need installation.

The machine was a mission to install because it takes two plugs of different voltage. I have one plugged into an extension right now as I wait for an electrician to rewire my space… and pay $400 for that service. This wasn’t specified when I bought it, and clearly it was important. Also, the dryer isn’t drying thoroughly. Hoping that is going to improve. Will update after the electrician comes. The guys who brought and installed it were great though, and they did their best to keep us informe of all things.

The sales was excellent but the Geek guys were awful. They were to hook the appliance up and couldn't figure out how to and left it not hooked up and water all over the floor. Thank heavens my husband is handy enough to figure it out and get the job done. The one guy was also very condescending. Sorry that I am rating this so low but I have already sent in one that was excellent for the sales. So this one is for the Geek squad

Washer was broken. The installation was terrible. Had the installation team come 2 times and ended up returning because they didn't check if the washer even worked before leaving. I do not recommend this product or using best buy for appliances.
