My wife wanted the LG Wash Tower when they first came out but we weren’t in the need for a new unit. Then last month out washer stopped working so I took the opportunity to run out and buy a new one. Ironically the wash tower was the only one that was available that day. It was on sale for $800 off the original price. They had it in stock so I took it home. It’s everything I hoped it would be. Stylish, and extremely efficient and very quiet. I’d give it 10 stars if it were an option. It’s compact and yet offers very large capacities. While stacked together the unit is very heavy (330 lbs). If you read the installation manual it does come apart to move it easier if needed. In my case, our laundry hookups are upstairs on the second story of our home so I’m sure glad it came apart. Very pleased and would absolutely recommend this to everyone

So far we like it. It’s taking up a smaller space in our laundry area then the separate washer/dryer we had (we are going to add cabinets now) It’s super quiet and I like that I can wash my linens quickly. I also like the controls in the middle as it’s easy for me (I’m short) to load everything. The only thing I which was that we could adjust the doors to open the other direction- it would work way better in the space we have. Otherwise so far so good.

One of the best washer and dryer purchases I’ve done in long time. Superb quality, compact, advance technology and just looks way dam good. The first thing I noticed is they got the heights right. Standard stackable w/d are around 80-81 inches but LG ensured no useless space was included. They combined the controls in the middle saving a lot of room. Thee dryer is convenient to put things in and out of without feeling like you have to reach up, and the washer is at an easy to reach height as well. One of the big upgrades on the washer side is that it leaves much less water in what I would call the seal channel of the door area. It seems like it does a great job of getting all the water out which many others fail at. You can also see this when you take your clothes out after a spin cycle, and they are nearly dry already. I think this plays to the efficiency of the appliance as well. Also, the control panel is very easy to use. All the options you’ll need right at your fingertips without stretching to see what’s at the top. Want more features, Samsung offers an abundance of additional features via the download option. You can download a wash/dry cycle and send to your w/d. The regular wash cycle is fast and extremely quiet. I’ve had to check on my washer a few times to really ensure it’s on because it was so quiet. Especially for anyone who lives in a building and does laundry late sometimes. It’s like nothings on. Once the wash is done, you put them in the dryer and your settings will carry over. There's also a plethora of customizations that can be made to both washing and drying. The tech features are awesome, and easy to use. The AI is built-in, so there's not need to mess with any settings. It takes the guesswork out of doing the laundry. The dryer also has a cool wrinkle care feature, so that if you leave your clothes in the dryer for a while, it will lightly tumble them occasionally, so they don't wrinkle. The lit inner drums of both the washer and dryer make it really easy to see. I've never seen an effective light inside a dryer until now! Enjoy the photos.

It's a gorgeous machine. I hope it last long enough to be worth the extra money for its style and beauty. Love the compact size and its very stable, not wobbling like my old machines and quiet. I am confused about a couple of things. 1) The dryer lint tray appears to be a design flaw and a problem. When you open the dryer door a bunch of lint falls on the floor and is ALWSAY stuck to the gasket from the interiora ll along the bottom of the gasket. Basically the lint tray has openings that hit right up against the dryer door and maybe because of the sleek flat door design they screwed up on how the lint usually STAYS in the lint trap. Very weird design flaw. Do I return a huge machine because the lint falls out and I have to wipe the dryer door gasket and vacuum after each use, if I want a clean space? ...Dunno yet 2) The washing machine wrings the cloths so well that they are completely waterless but about 1/2 the time I use the dryer my cloths are damp after a full dryer cycle. Could be user error but I use the simplest basic dryer setting and press 'play' button. Doesn't seem like I should have to know something special or do any programming to get the dryer to dry the cloths. I'm confused about that one. 3) I replaced a 10 plus year old washing machine and though this is spectacular looking it doesn't do anything more with regards to the quality of the washing compared to our old front loading washer. Maybe a washer is just a washer and I should have not hoped that somehow and new machine would make cloths cleaner. I believe that they are not getting as damaged by the wash cycle though and this machine should be more efficient etc. Overall very happy with this purchase other than the dryer gasket being covered in lint.. that also falls over the front of the machine and floor when you open the dryer door. My kids love the look so much that they want to do laundry!

So far, I love this machine. It's only 4.5 months old so I can't speak to longevity. I have it in my kitchen, and other than the part of the cycle where the water is piped into the machine, it's decently quiet. I do virtual meetings while its running. I love the look of it, everything comes out super dry, and, my most important priority was that it isn't an eyesore in my kitchen. The washer is great, everything feels clean and it can fit a good sized load. Would definitely recommend. The only major downside for me is that I bought it for the 2200.00 price and now it's 800.00 cheaper. DEFINITELY worth it for the 1500.00 price tag. Total steal.

We've had this Unit for about almost 1 year now. I have nothing but great things to say about it. Compact, Fits Great, Very low noise....we watch TV in the living room all the time.....and barely notice it's running behind a closed door in a closet. This unit is wonderful, Connects to the internet easy to setup with the QR Codes which are on the front door of the machines, the best part is it registers itself, so the warranty and registration is easy and also sets up the app part. The only weird thing is that to let us operate it remotely, we have to press and hold the Wifi Button, which does make sense because I'd touch the unit anyway, but I still haven't figured the real use of that part. Then you have the option of running downloaded cycles through the remote setting, I understand that you can only provide so many cycles on the front panel, but through the App you can do a wider range. The 2nd best for us to choose this one and not buy Washer Dryer separate units to stack, you guessed it.....the controls are in the middle, great for shorter and tall people, The capacity is ample and its front loader, so obviously you get a better wash cycle than the vertical drum, because the clothes fall from a height every time they rotate, v/s the vertical agitation never picks and drops the clothes. The drum has a great offset between the dividers to give the clothes a nice rinse. Both Washer and Dryer have a STEAM option in the cycle......love it.

Love the convenience and height. I am under 5' tall and can reach in the dryer. So far, works great. Less noisy than our previous LG stackable w/d. Looks great for our kitchen install withbour other appliances.

We’ve had this unit for a month, and are impressed more each day of use. The clincher was when we loaded it with TWO large items...a blanket and bedspread and the washer never gave it a second thought. Dryer? Just as good! We needed a stacked unit due to our laundry room configuration (space is shared with a beer and wine fridge.....priorities are priorities) and our last unit just didn’t measure up. And it is QUIET!! This LG is an absolute champ. I’d recommend to anyone!

We are very impressed with this setup. It is so convenient to have the washer and dryer combined into a single tower unit with a single control panel. With this configuration, the dryer knows what setting to use based on what setting you selected in the washer, as one example. The wi-fi connection and app also provides added flexibility for our use of these units so that we can be outside the home and know when a cycle is finished. Although the installation was included, we had to install on our own because our space was not ready when it was delivered. But the installation was straight-forward and as expected for a connection of this type. The units are also ultra quiet and sleek looking. A perfect fit for our home.

First unit I received was not good. The washing machine sounded like a turbo jet and it was just unbearable. Even after leveling, the unit bounced around and made so much noise. The dryer also would stop before my clothes were dry. I called BestBuy immediately and they sent out a replacement. The new unit work’s beautifully. It’s quiet and I have no issues so far. And just to clear up any confusion. The dryer DOES NOT come with a plug. Makes sense because they don’t know what kind of outlet you have. I have a 4 prong outlet and connected everything myself. The directions are right on the back of the dryer or look up a YouTube video. It’s a pretty straightforward install. Plug cost about $30 extra.

Prior to purchasing this, I researched for 3 months for the right machine. I'm extremely pleased with decision. It's very quiet, efficient, super good looking, smart function. Installation went very smooth in my tight laundry space in condo unit. I'm not a techie person, so it took me sometime to figure out the wifi connection. But I realized later that I wasn't reading the instruction correctly. Once I realized the mistakes I was making, it was soooo easy to connect to wifi. I also read "owner's manual" thoroughly, it really helps to do that. LG WashTower is very impressive machine. Now, I can wash my blankets so easily. Cloth comes out so clean too. I haven't used dryer steam function yet, looking forward to it.

Our old set was getting old and to many problems. I did long research. After many reviews I decided. It will be the LG washing tower. We live in town house. So was important to be as small as possible. The LG tower is compact in a outside but nice and spacious inside. Control panel is comfortable located in the middle. Can’t be rich from any size person. Controls are simple and easy to use. Once you set the washer , the dryer knows what to do after. The turbo wash is amazing for smaller loads. It’s very quiet unit and almost no vibrations. Sometimes I don’t even know it’s working. So far very happy. It’s a beautiful looking unit and works great.

Normally I wasn’t thinking about buying a stacked washer/dryer combo, however this washtower is the best one. Easy to use, quiet, space saver and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Great combination of design and premium technology! It’s very quiet and elegant looking machine that washes your dirty laundry effortlessly. It’s compact and has a single full touch electronic control panel with LED display sandwiched between washer and dryer with plenty of program options to choose. Their app connects to the device seamlessly making it easier to operate remotely. The lint trap is easier to clean and doors are made of scratch resistant tempered glass. It’s been a year almost since the purchase and still looks new, also we have not faced any problems so far. Bestbuy service was also 10/10.

easy to use and holds a lot of clothes. washer and dryer both have a sensor knowing when it needs more time and adds it on automatically. its also fairly quiet

This washer dryer tower is so awesome. It is easy to configure. It is super quiet. It has so much room for your clothes we find ourselves looking for clothes to add to each load. Lol. We also made it fit in our small condo space. BEST PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!

I chose the Wash Tower because I liked the idea of an all in one energy efficient product that could fit in my small laundry room. The controls for both washer and dryer are located in the center, which you can’t get with the stackable type. The machines are very quiet, which is great for my small home. Overall great product.

What little bit that I have used it, it's done really well and is an attractive unit...what sold me on it was a Queen size comforter fits in it...the digital display is impressive but I think I personally would have liked using dials better, with the option to have more control over the dry time & heat level. I have not tried the Steam option yet. The lights inside the tub, of both, only come on at the end of the cycle for a short time...I would like to see the light stay on through the whole wash cycle and dry time. One thing was a little distrubing to me, the top of the unit didn't look like the rest of tower...they didn't cover it (picture attached to show top of unit). When washing & drying is running, it's a lot more quiet than my last set...very nice!

Absolutely love my new washer and dryer! Not only does it save space, but it works so well. Now we can make a folding station on the side! It's quiet and makes my clothes feel so much better than my old washer and dryer. I would recommend 100%. The installation and haul away service was also worth it because they were so friendly, quick, and efficient.

Outstanding unit, its all one piece and fits perfectly in my small house. Very quiet and efficient. I love it!!!
