This was one of very few models that can fit into the narrow space I have in my condos, it’s also an amazing machine. I would know, I have 2 sons and we do A LOT of laundry over here folks. Really though.. I could give an industrial machine a work out and run for its money on a regular basis mmkAAy. This is a great washer! It has many options from quick 15 min cycles to full deep cycles. It has the works and I got it for a screaming good deal during 4th of July week. The biggest blessing with this purchase was that they got a crew of 4 heroes to deliver, haul up a few flights and install it within 30 min of their arrival. It was very impressive. Though only 2 did the hauling due to such a narrow space, the other 2 guys were there to carefully guide and direct so that no corners were hit. They were so safe, efficient and did the job with such finesse, they make it look easy. It’s not.. I’ve done it and it sucked so bad! Hahaha! Give these guys a raise, a bonus and I hope they get paid handsomely for the tough labor they perform day in and day out. Thank you again!

One of the best washer and dryer purchases I’ve done in long time. Superb quality, compact, advance technology and just looks way dam good. The first thing I noticed is they got the heights right. Standard stackable w/d are around 80-81 inches but LG ensured no useless space was included. They combined the controls in the middle saving a lot of room. Thee dryer is convenient to put things in and out of without feeling like you have to reach up, and the washer is at an easy to reach height as well. One of the big upgrades on the washer side is that it leaves much less water in what I would call the seal channel of the door area. It seems like it does a great job of getting all the water out which many others fail at. You can also see this when you take your clothes out after a spin cycle, and they are nearly dry already. I think this plays to the efficiency of the appliance as well. Also, the control panel is very easy to use. All the options you’ll need right at your fingertips without stretching to see what’s at the top. Want more features, Samsung offers an abundance of additional features via the download option. You can download a wash/dry cycle and send to your w/d. The regular wash cycle is fast and extremely quiet. I’ve had to check on my washer a few times to really ensure it’s on because it was so quiet. Especially for anyone who lives in a building and does laundry late sometimes. It’s like nothings on. Once the wash is done, you put them in the dryer and your settings will carry over. There's also a plethora of customizations that can be made to both washing and drying. The tech features are awesome, and easy to use. The AI is built-in, so there's not need to mess with any settings. It takes the guesswork out of doing the laundry. The dryer also has a cool wrinkle care feature, so that if you leave your clothes in the dryer for a while, it will lightly tumble them occasionally, so they don't wrinkle. The lit inner drums of both the washer and dryer make it really easy to see. I've never seen an effective light inside a dryer until now! Enjoy the photos.

It's a gorgeous machine. I hope it last long enough to be worth the extra money for its style and beauty. Love the compact size and its very stable, not wobbling like my old machines and quiet. I am confused about a couple of things. 1) The dryer lint tray appears to be a design flaw and a problem. When you open the dryer door a bunch of lint falls on the floor and is ALWSAY stuck to the gasket from the interiora ll along the bottom of the gasket. Basically the lint tray has openings that hit right up against the dryer door and maybe because of the sleek flat door design they screwed up on how the lint usually STAYS in the lint trap. Very weird design flaw. Do I return a huge machine because the lint falls out and I have to wipe the dryer door gasket and vacuum after each use, if I want a clean space? ...Dunno yet 2) The washing machine wrings the cloths so well that they are completely waterless but about 1/2 the time I use the dryer my cloths are damp after a full dryer cycle. Could be user error but I use the simplest basic dryer setting and press 'play' button. Doesn't seem like I should have to know something special or do any programming to get the dryer to dry the cloths. I'm confused about that one. 3) I replaced a 10 plus year old washing machine and though this is spectacular looking it doesn't do anything more with regards to the quality of the washing compared to our old front loading washer. Maybe a washer is just a washer and I should have not hoped that somehow and new machine would make cloths cleaner. I believe that they are not getting as damaged by the wash cycle though and this machine should be more efficient etc. Overall very happy with this purchase other than the dryer gasket being covered in lint.. that also falls over the front of the machine and floor when you open the dryer door. My kids love the look so much that they want to do laundry!

I am super happy with this product. It was the perfect fit for my small laundry closet. When measuring depth, make sure you add space for the vent. Also, buy a flexible vent for a tight space. Best Buy only sells a rigid vent. I am giving it 5 stars, however I have not been able to connect it to the app. Tried several times and I can’t connect it. Not the reason I bought the product, but would be a nice plus if I could ever get it to connect.

I absolutely adore this combo set. I had been looking for ages and these came in around the price I was looking for. They are stunning in person and they absolutely have the best clean of any washer I have ever owned. Simple to use and easy to maintain these are perfect for tight spaces.

This washer dryer tower is so awesome. It is easy to configure. It is super quiet. It has so much room for your clothes we find ourselves looking for clothes to add to each load. Lol. We also made it fit in our small condo space. BEST PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!

I chose the Wash Tower because I liked the idea of an all in one energy efficient product that could fit in my small laundry room. The controls for both washer and dryer are located in the center, which you can’t get with the stackable type. The machines are very quiet, which is great for my small home. Overall great product.

Absolutely beautiful set. Don’t look any further… I love the way it lights up at night and I love that it sends a msg to your phone when the cycle is complete… it’s big and beautiful… it took me six months to pick one out and I’m so happy I took my time in doing so…

Love the LG new wash tower. The compact size of the unit is amazing and you don’t lose the space inside. Can still wash the same size loads that I could with my side by side separate front loaders. The only con I can see to it is the washer is very low to the ground. So someone who is 6’1 you do have to get down on your knees to get the clothes out of the washer. The IQ technology to have it alert me on my phone when it is complete is a great feature! Reminds me I put laundry in since the unit is very quiet.

This washtower is fantastic! Very quiet operation, easy to use controls, and sleek looking. There is an app to control things, but I have not used that yet. Smaller size fits the compact space we have, making it more convenient.

Just got them installed and my wife is using them right now for first time. It’s quiet so we really like that plus we had a stackable before. This is a full size washer and dryer, yet isn’t much bigger than our stackable was

This is a terrific little unit that fits beautifully into my laundry closet with room to spare. Despite its size I was able to fit my king sized comforter with no issues. It came out sparkling clean and dried so quickly I thought there was some mistake when the alarm rang. I’ve only had it a short time so I can’t speak yet to longevity, but so far I’m very well pleased!

One of the best laundry set we’ve ever owned. Great design with the controls in the middle instead of a stack where the dryer controls are at the top and hard to reach. Full size machine in a space saving design. Finish is beautiful.

Really nice and easy to use washer and dryer combo. It fits well in our small space.

Delivered 1 month ago. Working fine but suddenly did not dispense fabric softener. Technician came 1 week ago and could not find problem but suggested using only 1 tablespoon of fabric softener. Still not working properly. Will try one more time to get fixed. If not fixed, will be calling for pick up for return. Also, top dented when delivered. Installation staff said they would report this. I would recommend this appliance if working properly.

Love the look! It’s small but you can wash big loads. Love that the controls are in the middle. Easy to use.
