My wife wanted the LG Wash Tower when they first came out but we weren’t in the need for a new unit. Then last month out washer stopped working so I took the opportunity to run out and buy a new one. Ironically the wash tower was the only one that was available that day. It was on sale for $800 off the original price. They had it in stock so I took it home. It’s everything I hoped it would be. Stylish, and extremely efficient and very quiet. I’d give it 10 stars if it were an option. It’s compact and yet offers very large capacities. While stacked together the unit is very heavy (330 lbs). If you read the installation manual it does come apart to move it easier if needed. In my case, our laundry hookups are upstairs on the second story of our home so I’m sure glad it came apart. Very pleased and would absolutely recommend this to everyone

Excellent washer dryer tower combo with digital touch controls and ample space for bedding. The modern technology allows it to wash with less detergent per cycle and the dryer when set on heavy will dry the heavier towels and bedding. One thing to consider is that it's weight makes it very difficult to move alone especially if your dryer duct that connects to wall has a moisture and lint problem you have to be consistently moving the tower. So definitely try and have a tool for moving it safely and with supervision.

We've had our wash tower for almost a month and it's exactly what we wanted it to be. We've used it almost every day with zero problems. Even the remote start that I thought was silly has come in handy. I'm glad we paid for delivery and installation because this thing is HEAVY. Installers even struggled a bit with our two back porch steps. Installation items did not include the steam kit for the dryer so I bought one the day before and the installers took care of it for me. Now I just need to figure out what kind of pantry to build into my new open space.

I actually really like this stacked combo unit. Plenty of pros and only a few cons. The unit firs great in my laundry room and is slim enough to allow me to put a folding table in the room with it. Its extremely quiet, I can barely hear it running unless im right next to it. Its very heavy and hard to move around, so if you get one, be prepared and have someone around to help. Most laundry rooms are not set up fpr stackable, so you should also have a plan for covering the cords and hoses

Its good set and doesnt take up too much room, super heavy to move and very noisy.

Fantastic Washer dryer Combo! Super heavy so if you need to take this bad boy upstairs I recommend professional help!

Beautiful unit and very efficient washer dryer combo, beware that if your planning to move this unit up a set of stairs it is very heavy! About 325 If I remember correctly. It took a dolly and 3 strong dudes to maneuver this beast of a machine up two flights of stairs. Best Buy says they can move this unit around your house to your liking but the guys delivering will say otherwise and leave it at the bottom of your stairs. Besides that unit is very nice with tons of functions, I would recommend it.

The washer dryer needs two plugs one 220 and 110. It is one heavy unit. The delivery guys damaged the unit bc it is heavy and we paid 400 out of pocket to get a new outlet installed. We also paid 300 to fix the vent due to delivery guys damaging our wall. Great unit. Buy from another company best buy negative stars. Placed a claim a month ago and called multiple times no movement. Will have to go into arbitration. Will never buy from Bestbuy again. Save yourself the headache.

Great unit - I bought the unit for my mom's house. She loves it and says it cleans really well. She said learning the controls took some time but they are centrally located which is perfect. PRO: Fits in a tight spot and controls are centrally located. CON: Unit is very heavy / once one unit breaks you have to replace the entire stack.

Nice stacked unit. Very heavy, which is only a down side if you need to move it. Have owned for 10 months so far and no issues. I take care of it and allow washer to dry out with door open after most uses, have not had mildew smell that you usually get with a front loader. Dryer dries well. The unit seems to do well washing and drying bulky items.

The washtower is amazing, nice all in one package! You will need to buy extras as in new hoses and an extra hose for steam drying. It is also on the heavy side at 300lb plus so have help

Pay for for the install! Very heavy! Can’t go wrong with a Samsung!
