It washes clothes in half the time of my old washer thanks to the turbo wash setting. The dryer is fantastic. I love all the settings on both the washer and dryer.

Delivery and installation was quick and smooth. Really like the speed cycle option, as well as steam fresh.

The washer makes an odd knocking sound at no real pattern. LG also sticks a sketchy arbitration agreement to the outside that I recommend opting out of.

I searched and searched for one that had the controls in the middle. I don’t know who they make the stacked ones with the controls on top for, giants? I give it an A plus.

I'm quite satisfied with the results. The "geek squad" was very polite and efficient. They got everything done within the narrow time frame I gave them.

I let the sales guy talk me into LG saying they have the highest ratings. There are features(soaking, spin/rinse only, etc) my Whirlpool had that the LG is missing. The washer often become unbalanced struggling handling loads I have been washing together for years. The washer and dryer have more presetting than giving the freedom to set each one as you please. The bottoms are the screen are not easy to push when wanting the extra settings or to clean the washer. I do like the dryer more than the washer. I was changing my W/D area and was looking at stacking option due to needing more room for my new water heater. Because I dislike the tower so much, I know I won’t have it long. I have given it 8mths. Once it paid off, this tower will probably barely be 2yrs old when I go and buy a Whirlpool like I initially wanted.

I have one plugged into an extension right now as I wait for an electrician to rewire my space… and pay $400 for that service. This wasn’t specified when I bought it, and clearly it was important. Also, the dryer isn’t drying thoroughly. Hoping that is going to improve. Will update after the electrician comes. The guys who brought and installed it were great though, and they did their best to keep us informe of all things.

It’s been great the washer load size is a bit smaller than I expected but works great. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a lot of heavy/CA king comforters.

Only issue is it being a side loader so after every wash you have to run a towel around the rubber seal kind of tedious. As for the dryer I’m seeing dirt building up on the rubber seal. All minor things honestly would recommend.

The initial ordering and delivery were problematic. When the delivery truck was on the property they lost cell service and ended up returning the washer dryer to the store. This was frustrating.
