    Item is fine. Purchased at your EP outlet. Sent the wrong item first with a dent on side. Had to wait another week for corrrect one. Also delivery guys not the most helpful. Was supposed to get hooked up. Adjustable feet so badly bent on the replacement. Took my husband and i a while to get it leveled and installed

    I realized after I got it home it will not spin out rugs. It can’t judge the weight. I went back to Best Buy and they told me it will not ever spin rugs. Very disappointed.
