I called the electrician and replaced the outlet for no reason. I wasted so much money on their wrong results. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Such a poor customer service. They kept me in line for hours to schedule appointments.

Best Buy Destroyed my New Home

Right after they installed the washer/dryer it flooded out my ceiling and shorted out the lights to my home. I had no electricity for two days and the leak is ongoing. A restoration company cut a massive hole in my ceiling. Best buy has failed to address this issue and how they destroyed my mom. They also did not show up to two of their last appointments to make the repair. Each time I call for assistance I get no substantive response.

My floor is stained. The water continues to leak days after I unplugged the unit. It has soaked my rugs and left a mildew smell in my house. I had to throw the rugs in the trash. I wonder how good of a product this really is

Very dissapointed to discover water standing in dryer is normal. Washer will overflow, flooded 3 rooms till i could get it stopped. I am expected to have this reoccur. I am told this is not mechanical just part of the way it is. So non of warranties , tech help etc are anything but worthless . Mildew in my walls, nope dont want to just deal with this. My recommendation is run fast and hard from this product. Think hard before paying extra for "warranty" etc read fine print

I have the Best Buy protection plan but they have me bouncing back and forth with LG to get it fixed. Not a good experience especially after the way they promote how they have your back if you purchase their protection.

Using the time consuming app still didn’t allow for a spin cycle only. I’d highly suggest avoid buying this if you want wi-fi free effortless control of your laundry. Only one download cycle per time is allowed. Worthless unit for those of us that have delicates to jeans.

Unit is out of LGs warranty (1 year only). Saddled with a $2000 machine which will need costly repairs (hoping it can be repaired). Older Samsung unit ran for more than 10 years before aging out. Should have stuck with the same company. Disappointed how soon this unit stopped working just after the warranty ran out.

Late April - ordered this for delivery and installation. It arrived damaged. Best Buy said they would replace it. Great! Since then - Best Buy called to cancel the new delivery and installation FOUR TIMES, each time at the last minute, and as of now (five weeks after initial order) I still do not have the replacement.

Best Buy replaced with no questions asked. Unfortuntly, after waiting almost 4 weeks to recieve the replacement LG cancelled delivery the night before which i was not aware of until i called to ask what time delivery was and was told it was pushed back until September 14th.

I sometimes need to wasy the items twice. The dryer blows out lint and dirt from the vent. I have to wipe down the door and gasket before taking oug the clothes. I clean out the screen vent after esch use so this should not happen.
