    We love love love this WashTower. It is a power house. Takes up so much less space than regular stacked units and it's got a cool interface with the LG app

    Like that it has faster programs. It does not take up as much space. It is difficult to customize wash and drying customization. This may change the longer we use the system

    If a washer and dryer can be beautiful, these qualify. But you will pay for that beautify with your checkbook and then every time you use them. Their dark glass doors make it impossible to see inside the machines without turning on their interior lights and the doors highlight every fingerprint. The washer cleans well and fast, but the presets must be changed each time because they aren't at all what we want. The dryer generally works well, too, but small loads seem to confound its sensors.

    Broke down within a year. Product support was an absolute nightmare. Best buy kept kicking us to LG and LG wanted to refuse warranty service.

    After just over a week, I have to say the many positives out way the negatives …. The unit looks good, runs quit and smooth, and with its slightly smaller footprint, gives a modest amount of extra room and a larger feel to the laundry room. The down side is the fact that it wants to dry the wash on a predetermined setting based on the wash cycle used, and this just might be me not used to that, but I prefer to pick my own settings. But again just over a week in, and am happy with this purchase
