Need help with dryer vent falling off.

However, the Side Vent conversion was NOT installed correctly. The vent itself keeps falling out/off and we have to keep putting back in and I am VERY concerned that the heat is doing damage to the electronics...I would really like Geek Squad to come take a look to fix it. Other than that, very happy!

Performance is great and can already see a decrease in our energy use. Best of all. No gas! Great features and i can definitely tell the quality difference from our other GE unit in terms of both wash and dry Performance and time.

The first time they messaged that they would be there at 8 but arrived 30 minutes early and left since I wasn’t there yet and they said they only had to wait 30 minutes. I don’t live at the property yet and have to travel. The second time they called me and said the delivery was delayed because the truck broke down and they would keep me updated. I waited 2 hours and then saw on the website my order had been canceled. I then called and rescheduled. The tv installation that was through the in house geek squad rather than the third party contractor was great. They were there on time, did a great job, and kept me informed the whole way.
