They literally brought the machine in the house and left. The Geek Squad guy, Carlos, who came to install the machine since the delivery team failed to do so, was fabulous.

I do miss having agitators though over all, made for a better peace of mind clothes were clean. No concerns with my unit though!

Seems well built, no issues thus far. Fit into a small footprint in a rental house that separate front loaders with a stacking kit would not fit. Check for a fit, this one fits well and functions as a single unit.

Upon using it after two months, during the wash cycle a loud banging noise can be heard. The noise sounds like a hammer hitting something hard and hollow. It is not pleasant. Although it takes up little space, I would not recommend this tower.

But I guess that’s a good thing. The shorter the distance and avoid bends and turns as much as possible.

We moved and have a very small laundry room so we ordered this stackable. I love that the buttons are in the middle. I love the 15 min wash cycle. I love the normal cycle that only takes 30 min. Looks beautiful too.

I had a 20amp breaker. After so many consultations with sales people includung coming to home it was never mentioned. Had to guess when dryer kept shutting off
