It does take getting used to after my old conventional set. It is very efficient, uses way less water. Also it washes and dries much faster then the old conventional set did. We had them deliver and the guys did a superb job setting it up.

It ran well until it got to the spin cycle. Then it was violently shaking. I tried to rebalance the tower. But to no avail. And for some reason the dry did not get hot and did not dry like it should. I went back to Best Buy where I purchased the tower. The manager Sultan was awesome. I showed the video to him. He said that it should not do that. He gave me a few options. I chose to purchase a different set all together. So ultimately I was unhappy with the washer/dryer tower. But the customer service was excellent.

Took a minute to get used to the low washer but it’s a great machine - perfectly sized & clothes dry very quickly! Only wish was more cycles on the machine instead of the app.

Both doors opening the same direction and the washer and dryer controls being in the center are definitely worth it.

There was a small dent in the side which the installer pointed out to me.I was able to get a small rebate for that but it does not interfere with the oportation of the laundry tower.
