The confusing issue is working the control panel. Can honestly say happy to have new appliances after 12 years of the faithfully prior washer and dryer.

I have one issue though. No way I can turn on my drumlight to see how much soap and water is in the washer when it starts to wash?

The dryer even noticed that the vent was partially blocked saving us a lot of trouble. My only complaint is the tedious set up method for the WiFi connection which required a separate GeekSquad visit to accomplish.

Dryer controls are frustrating if you like to dry clothes with low heat. Consistently stops before clothes are dry even when you set it to Very Dry.

The smart features are not to let you know when the cycles are complete. It also reminds when it needs to be cleaned.

We gifted our first set to a young guy that worked for us when he purchased a new home, it was not quite 2 yrs old. Stopped at Best Buy and ordered another one, it came with the dryer damaged, I asked for another one. It was delivered, several weeks ago it started leaking out of the back corner while spinning. Called LG, had an absolutely horrid time making them understand we needed a service call, finally after speaking to 3 different people, a service call was set up. Service came and it was checked out, we were told that it had to do with a plug in the washer being like an overflow. We we still have water on a new floor every 3 or 4 loads. I loved my first wash tower, but am extremely UNHAPPY with the second one.

Everything arrived promptly and in great condition. We have not installed them yet, so I can't review the products as yet.

Needless to say, things have changed a bit since then, but it's been pretty easy so far!!

Especially the dryer functions very well. It saves much time compared to LG's wash/dry 2-in-1. The cloth from the dryer is soft!
