Looks good/works great. Good option for limited space or to expand space. Easy access through doors as well as easy to operate controls for both at mid-level.

This WashTower looks great, is nicely compact for large capacity, and it's very quiet. We are very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a stacked washer and dryer.

Great customer service from salesperson Michael and both store managers. The unit was an out-of-box item that I purchased. I was not looking, but the price was right and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend this unit and the Muncie store. This product surpassed my expectations with how efficient it is. I like the smart features that communicates load information from the washing machine to the dryer. I am looking forward to connecting to my home network to explore other smart features.

This wash tower is excellent. It’s good looking, it saves space, makes the laundry look and smell clean and feel soft. It is quiet and plays a nice sound when it’s done. It is very convenient to have all the controls at the center, in between the washer and the dryer. Overall, very good quality. My whole family is happy with it.

So far so good! Great size and easy to use. Excellent performance. Make sure the installation guys remove all of the styrofoam underneath. Otherwise, it could cause squeeze sounds when in use. Easy to fix though so dont stress over it.

Really easy to use, pretty straightforward operation, plus a bunch of features, including smart functions and downloadable cycles, as well as phone notifications to alert when cycles are done. Very large capacity, and pretty quiet operation as well. Looks pretty sharp as well

My old washer died so I researched options and this one was highest rated on all the sites i checked. It is the perfect size for a condo and is technologically advanced but still really easy to use. You can go with default washer settjngs or adjust to your hearts content. My favorite thing is the app that alerts me when the wash is done - a great feature if work from home and cant watch the laundry cycles. I cant say its "quiet," but its reasonable and not as noisy as my older top load machine. The spin cycle is super fast so clothes come out almost dry. Overall Im very happy with it after a month so far. Hope it lasts a long time!

Great washer- dryer tower. They are quiet, easy to operate, cleans clothes fantastically, and are a great space saver. Love the controls in the middle!! We would highly recommend this unit!! Tom D in Avon, Ohio

The LG wash tower has all the bells and whistles and works amazingly. The capacity is excellent and the clean superior. Aside from the fact the washtower must be level or it moves would be the only real downside to it. The only reason I gave four stars is because of Best Buy and their pi** poor Customer Service, including corporate. The first unit I purchased and had flooded my home on its first test cycle. The replacement was finally delivered 12 days later after I spent hours trying to convince corporate that it shouldn’t cost me more to get a running washer and dryer comparable to the washtower I purchased. They literally left me without any way to do any laundry. Then they wanted to extort me and make me pay for a difference in the geek squad pricing since the model I purchased is open box and even though they had other open boxes which I was told were not able to be secured for me by corporate so I had to pay the difference. Finally, someone at corporate came to their senses, and my new washtower was delivered and installed. Spending close to 2k didn’t phase the folks, the Best Buy corporate but after consistently documenting and presenting them with cold hard facts, Best Buy reluctantly did replace my faulty wash tower and started a property damage claim. However, they still, want to avoid accountability and are trying to put everything over to LG. SMH.

Upgraded from side-by-side 5-year old Samsung set and wish we'd have done it sooner. Our laundry room was tight on space and this was the ultimate solution. Quiet, efficient and the smart functions are amazing. Highly recommended.

We purchased the LG WashTower from the Olympia Capital Mall location and have been very pleased with it so far. The all-in-one stacked design saves a lot of space while still giving a large washer and dryer capacity, which is great for bigger loads like bedding and towels. The washer cleans thoroughly and runs quietly. The dryer performs well and dries clothes evenly without needing extra cycles. We also appreciate the smart features and built-in intelligence that help choose settings and make laundry simpler. The steam option is a nice bonus for refreshing clothes and helping with wrinkles. Overall, this has been a great purchase—modern, efficient, quiet, and ideal for saving space without sacrificing performance.

Functionally, this washer and dryer is perfect for our small space and works like a charm. It took quite a while to balance and the room it’s in is always filled with lint. Must be a malfunction somewhere but it still works very well!

Beautifully designed, quiet and easy to operate are reasons I love my LG Wash tower. I haven’t explored some of the newer features like steam, but I plan on doing so soon. The Wash tower replaces my fifteen year old stacking LG washer and dryer, also reliably great machines!
