We have owned this unit for 3 weeks now and cannot be more pleased! The stacked feature gives us much more room. Both washer and dryer can handle big loads. The tech is super sleek and best of all…it is soooo quiet compared to our old machines. I feel like I finally have a machine that helps me do laundry! Scheduling and delivery were a breeze and the installers were fantastic! One note of caution, this unit comes already stacked. When we saw it were a bit worried it wouldn’t get down to the basement. But our expert installers made it happen. So happy I made this choice!!

Perfect size stacking washer dryer! Holds a lot of clothes and does a great job. I love the melodic sound it has when the clothes are done!

I like my new washer tower. It is quiet and efficient. I purchased this because of it compact size, I have yet to get it on line so not able to comment on that.

This unit is the perfect size for a small laundry room but offers full capacity loads. I would definitely recommend it.

A dream come true.... I have wanted a new Washer and Dryer forever. I am the type of person to research anything I purchase. The set is so beautiful, so quiet, so efficient in every way. Best Buy delivery guy’s were top notch. As I continue getting to know my beautiful addition to my family I will make more comments. This unit is in a compact closet. They are full size with stainless steel tubs. Depending on the setting, I can wash anything from 15 minutes to 2 hours. The dryer is wonderful. It dries a huge load of towels in 55 minutes to 60 minutes. The perma press leaves clothes wrinkle free. I certainly hope it lasts a long time ! I have had for it 6 weeks. The only thing that I would change is the bottom. It is a very heavy unit and if it had built in glides, it would be a lot easier to move and install.

The washer/dryer combo is a great size and fits perfect in our laundry room. Washes and drys quietly and tons of different settings. Love it

Absolutely perfect. Installation was quick and easy. Capacity is generous. Wash cycles are plenty and intuitive. And the dryer dries quickly and efficiently and also has plenty of cycles to choose from. If I have to complain about something it's that it's a little loud drawing water so I close the laundry door and it's not enough to take off a star. I needed this 5 years ago! Thank you LG! PS, I have not used the steam and other custom functions and honestly, probably won't. If I do, I will update the review and add pics.

Great purchase! the unit HE Smart Front Load it's performing extremly well. I like how silence it does the cycles.

The very first time I used my tower was great. It was very user friendly. The settings are perfect for the type of washing and drying I do. It is very efficient and looks good too. The only minor flaw is that the little hole where the rubber gasket is stays wet. I didn’t realize that until I opened it and it stunk like mildew. So no I leave it slightly open and out a paper towel on the little hole. Minor problem that isn’t a big deal to me. Overall my experience has been great.
