This washing machine is smarter than a human! It can detect how heavy the load is and adjust its wash time accordingly even within the normal setting. It can be set up on the home Wifi to alert you of how much time is left washing/drying. It is a good looking piece of machinery overall and is a huge upgrade from our washer/dryer combo that we purchased 15 years ago. Let's hope this lasts us another 15 years!! With Best Buy credit card financing of 24 months, it is really a good selection.

this product is by far wonderful.. Im a short (4'11) mother of three, and this is my first brand new washer and dryer purchase. I like that I dont have prop myself up and reach in the wash basin. Thats my favorite part. I pretend im at a wash house and drop all the long lost coins and dollars in ajar to pay for my wash load.

Love love this wash tower. I am in a wheelchair and my previous stackable one I had I wasn't able to get the laundry out of the tumbler.

If a washer and dryer can be beautiful, these qualify. But you will pay for that beautify with your checkbook and then every time you use them. Their dark glass doors make it impossible to see inside the machines without turning on their interior lights and the doors highlight every fingerprint. The washer cleans well and fast, but the presets must be changed each time because they aren't at all what we want. The dryer generally works well, too, but small loads seem to confound its sensors.

First unit came damaged and Best Buy replaced it right away. It's a great washer and dryer. Easy to use and works well!

Very good purchase. I have a space issue and this stackable washer and dryer are a perfect fit. Because they are one unit (instead of 2 with a stacking device) they fit perfectly. Used them and love the additional settings of static release and wrinkle guard. Highly recommend.

Good washer , just doesn’t connect to wifi well. Wish it did because I would really like to use the feature
