BUYER BEWARE: Broken within first year.
Bought this seemingly top of the line drier in January and by October it had broken - no rhyme or reason just while doing some towels. BestBuy support directed me to LG as they do not help with any issues after 15 days relating to this product…. And LG while it says its under warranty will take a week for me to get service.
Also important to note advertise “10 year warranty” is for a specific part, the actually warranty on the machine is 1 year which is deceptive marketing at best.

Bought on sale in Spring and just finished laundry room remodel and installed the Wash Tower. Washer and dryer work good. Problem is the ThinQ app does not connect to the wash tower. Extremely limits functionality. Customer support has been lacking.

Purchased this unit in March of '23. Immediately the unit flagged an error code (E80) that the dryer vent was clogged. Spent $4k to run a new dryer vent to have it continuing to randomly error code (E80). LG Technical support refused to send a technician out saying it's the dryer vent. Found out from our property manager that another one of his owner's units has the same issue with the same Tower. Suggest you buy something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
