awesome machines doesnt take up much space and still cleans same amount of clothes

This was a little more of a splurge for me than the set I intended to purchase, but the all in one unit, center controls in the middle (made it easy to use as I am short and some units have the dryer controls at the top of the dryer and I could not reach them) and the tall sleek all in one piece design and sexy color made it so pretty that that I threw caution to the wind and purchased the set. I say caution because I had always been warned that front loaders could have odors. However, I dismissed this thinking to the fact that people were not taking care of the unit which they caused the problem themselves. I was so wrong! Terribly wrong! I wiped down the washing machine after every use as the manufacture suggest to avoid mold/mildew from building up. I even leave the washing machine door open after I wipe it out to ensure it air dries. This did not stop the buildup of mold/mildew and a terrible smell! The smell is so bad because the mold/mildew it is growing is in a part of the unit that cannot be reached or cleaned. It is so bad it even is growing on the laundry detergent drawer. The smell can be smelt down the hall! It is especially embarrassing when I have guest over. I want my clothes to be clean and fresh not smelly with mold/mildew spores on them. Buyer beware... this is a bad investment, and you will regret this purchase! I did give it 5 stars for capacity, dry time and ease of use. I would even give it a 5 star for being so sleek and nice looking... but at the end of the day it is very concerning to me and a continual problem I should not have to be concerned with! Do yourself a favor and do not buy this unit!

Love it! Takes up barely any space in my small home and it is a great set up! I have 600 sq ft!

I actually get excited to do laundry with this machine. I love how the controls are easy to access right in the middle, since my small laundry space necessitates a stacked setup and I’m 5’7”. I also love that it connects/communicates with other smart devices you select, and sends a notification to your smartphone when a cycle is finished. My clothes come out looking and smelling great. Highly recommend.

It meets my expectations, this change saves me time, I love being able to do several tasks at the same time as I wash. The best of times.

The item is as beautiful as it looks in the picture. The height and width was perfect for my small laundry room. The dryer has hole option on the either side offering alternative to where the dryer vent exits from the machine. There is A LOT of hoses coming from the back of the unit - WARNING the unit needs 6 inches plus from a wall. It will not push back as far as I thought. The controls are flush with the unit similar to electric stove top...You can not feel the controls which I like. I DID NOT LIKE THE DELIVERY SERVICE THAT WAS USED BY BEST BUY - THERE WAS AN ENGLISH BARRIER!

Works great , but you hVe to be prepared to know if you do not have dryer level vent in your house it will stick out 1 ft from the wall, installers said that was " the best they could do"..so i will now figure out a shelving system to hide the gap.

Loving my washer and dryer tower. The smart remote feature is amazing. Highly recommended. The delivery and installation was good also, the guys were so nice and helpful.

It’s not a bad washer and dryer combo. It’s silent and works well but I would NOT recommend to anyone who have pets that shed a lot. It does a very bad job at removing pet hair from your clothes. My old speed Queen dryer did a good job with lint and pet hair and this one doesn’t. I even lint rolled my clothes before put them in. When I open the lint tray there’s barely any lint in there. My old dryer is have a lot of lint after each use and my clothes came out nice.

The unit was delivered and setup in a fast and professional manner. We have used the unit three times and just love the speed and quietness. Our old dryer had many issues but this one is great. My wife loves the speed in which she can finish the laundry. She is done in half the time and effort.

I love this set! I have very limited space in my laundry closet and this fit perfectly especially the depth. It looks great and is works wonderfully. Be sure to download the app which helps notify you when you cycle is complete and can also customize your settings!

My first ever NEW washer/dryer is perfect! I have to get accustomed to the new features. Like setting the water temperature and water level, or having to check the dryer to see if the clothes have completely dried. This washer and dryer set made my life a whole lot easier.

Works well. Was a little tricky to connect to wifi but I figured it out. We bought ours in the white color and it looks great. It connects to the LG app so it can be used remotely

Great washer so far. AI and steam feature maybe overkill or I just haven’t found a great way to use it. Favorite thing is how fast it washes. Clothes can be damp on default settings when drying.

Works great. Only thing is that I was not please on how long it took to get. Plus I had to reschedule again and wait longer. Because when the delivery person called and ask were I was at, told him it says I could have him put it in garage/or porch.
