    The front panel on the washer did not work. We had to order a new one. There is a whole in the washer seal. We had to replace.

    This unit was delivered on 10/25/2022. Was not installed because of home remodeling until late 2023. Have been using for 6 months and already have issues with the dryer not powering on. Purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Serviced by Sears Home Services. Had 3 appointments scheduled last week and no one has ever shown up.

    Though I’m sure the unit is probably fine, the installation attempts were awful. At 7th visit that didn’t get the unit installed I finally just canceled the order and went to Home Depot.

    Failure in 30 days!

    The w/d unit worked a few times, then we got error messages repeatedly for the dryer. Service technician came out today and determined installation was done properly by Best Buy and venting was also sufficient; he recommended we get another unit since this one is only 30 days old & was used infrequently. We are awaiting decision about delivery of a new unit.

    Best Buy needs to fix this dryer.

    The dryer keeps shutting off and I get an error message. I looked up this error message and something is not right in the vent. This was installed by Best Buy. I called Best Buy to have them fix whatever is wrong. Best Buy has not fixed this. I bought this in January and it has not worked correctly from day 1.

    Delivered damaged….twice!

    The first one I received as an open box in excellent condition was not noticeably damaged on the outlet showroom floor. However when it was delivered it was clearly damaged..appeared to be dropped. Called for service because of issue with drum of washer in spin cycle. Unable to repair it to factory specs. Requested an exchange and paid for brand new item. It was delivered today with major damage. Refused and returned waiting for another one. Regretting my purchase decision. Hope someone can deliver without damage!

    It came dented. CS online said they couldnt offer me a discount because it was a customer pikcup and i would have to go to the actual store.

    Barely 13 months out and it shows a vibration sensor code. Best buy says its my problem because i did not buy the warranty. Now i live very remotely and count on this machine or junk. Can't believe the man at customer service was so not helpful and rude. He showed be Fired!! They sell you junk and laugh in your face when it breaks

    I would have a zero star if there is one!! Do not recommend to purchase this at all! The whole laundry tower was shaking and moving while the laundry is washing and spinning!! Super loud noise! Very unsafe and damaged the wall and the floor! A 2K purchase is this kind of quality?! Very ANGRY and unacceptable!!!

    Doesn’t clean!

    New HE washers don’t work. They don’t use enough water. If you want to ruin a good thing get the Government involved. They new water efficiency standards make it so I have to use pre soak and extra rinse just to have somewhat clean cloths. Get a comercial grade machine. They are less fancy just buttons and dials but they work and work well and they do it for years. I should have bought a Speedqueen or Maytag commercial machine. The dryer works fine but I am so aggravated by the washer and now I can’t return it. Take my advice and avoid all HE washers from all brands they all suck.

    This washers sensor broke within 2 weeks of purchase. Then it took them another 3 weeks to get the part in and send someone out to repair it. Having to spend money to wash our clothes at a laundromat was very inconvenient.

    I have no idea how the unit works. This has been the worst experience ever. The unit was suggested at an on site visit. The unit ends up not fitting into the space. The unit was removed with the delivery truck, yet I am still not getting a refund, and have a bogus appointment for retrieval of until scheduled for several weeks from original install/delivery date.

    The washing machine shakes very loudly during the spin cycle. It's so loud I heard it upstairs. The door opened at some point and water spilled out on the floor in ftont of the washer.

    2 no-show for damage during delivery

    The washtower was damaged at the time of delivery. I called GeekSquad 3 times and stayed on the phone 30min-1h each time. Twice BestBuy scheduled replacement deliveries for me, I've made myself available from work each time, but both times it was a no-show. I was even promised a gift card, but so far it's been one month, I have a damaged washtower in my house and my old washer was hauled.

    This this is louder than my gf and shakes more than she shakes her head when were trying to figure out where to eat. I would not recommend it. It moved forward from the shaking so often that the dryer vent connection actually fell apart like my last relationship. Go with literally ANYTHING ELSE
