    Horrible. Doesn’t dry. Best Buy came out a few times. LG customer service is the worst. I had my vents cleaned AGAIN! Still didn’t fix the problem. Wouldn’t recommend!

    Just got my washer and dryer delivered the dryer is not working i mean i have to do laundry now i have to wait for someone to come and check this out very unhappy and disappointed.

    We were very excited to get home our intelligent laundry unit . we loaded it up with some laundry into the washer and after washer was done we were ready to use the dryer and we guess what ?!?? The dryer did not work ,well it work but it didn’t heat at all .

    Perfect machine for my limited space

    Living in a condo, I was pretty much limited to those old school "Laundry Centers" that use agitators and have very limited capacity. I decided to upgrade to this, and not only does it fit perfectly (literally), it's a fantastic set of machines. Very easy to use and it can fit everything I need (including bulky blankets - a former impossibility). It has just enough options to get anything you need done without being overly complicated. Oh, and my items come out sparkling clean every time, and the dryer takes about 1/2 the amount of time it used to. I've used the steam function a few times to disinfect after illness, and it worked great. The connected features/app are basic, but useful. I do appreciate how it has a reminder to do certain maintenance tasks after every "X" load (e.g. every 10 dries, you should wash your lint filter with water and air dry it, every 30 washes you should clean the washing tub, etc.). Been using it for about six months and so far, so great! :)
