Returned item because it was not explained that I needed 2 electrical outlets for the unit

Can’t get it installed! Been trying for about a month

I've waited about three months so I could use the appliance several times before writing a review. So far, this washtower is superb. Fits into a small wash closet because it is shorter than most washer dryer stacks and does not hit plumbing (gas furnace lines, etc) near top of closet. Very quiet, both washer and dryer. Cleans and dries clothes better than my old top loading appliance. Possible problem: I used the steam function on the dryer once, with a couple of dryer sheets. A film was left on the dryer drum. I don't know if that is a function of the steam function reacting with whatever on the dryer sheets. A second issue is cleaning the dryer vent. After several months, I see there may be some lint build up in the spaces on the plastic grid that frames the removable lint screen. I'm trying to find an accessory for my shop vac that can clean those grids. I must add that BB's service rep, Bryan, came over gratis before purchase to advise whether the appliance would fit in the closet and what specifications were required for adding a 110-line (the appliance needs both a 220 and 110 line--a few small top loaders like the one I had only need a 220). Bryan was very informative regarding my many questions. I value BB's personalized service. Can't forget BB's refund of a portion of the purchase price when I discovered the price had dropped shortly after I purchased and installed. Thank you BB!

The stacked washer/dryer works perfectly, holds a Lot, and adjusts the water level and drying time to fit the load. The dryer gives a happy little melody when it’s done, unlike the buzz I was used to. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The Washer works great. I really like the Speedy option for clothes that are not that dirty. I don't like the sensor dryer function. It makes getting the towels dry difficult.

We've had the machine about a month now and as has been repeated many times, the machine is quiet... not silent, but very quiet. Love it. Two things I'd like to point out to perspective buyers. 1.) The machine specs say it's 30 3/8 inches deep, which is true. We have it installed in a laundry closet with bi-fold doors. From the back wall to the front of the machine door, it measures 32 1/2 inches. You have to account for the space needed in the rear for the dryer duct. I had to re-mount the bi-fold doors out 1 1/2 inches for the doors to clear the machine and close. The bi-fold doors close fine now. 2.) Looking at the machine, the dryer electrical connection is in the top left corner. My dryer electrical 220V connection is to the right of the machine just above the baseboard. The 6 foot dryer cord that they brought was not long enough to make this connection. They refunded the cord purchase price, but I was on my own to figure out what to do. The big box stores (including Best Buy) only carry 6 foot cords. I ordered a 10 foot dryer cord from Amazon and within a few days, it was delivered, I installed it (which was easy) and the dryer was up and running. Had I known this, I could have ordered the dryer cord beforehand and had it available on delivery day. Just a couple of things to consider when making your purchase decision.

This washtower has been a gamechanger. I replaced an old stacked unit that had similar dimensions but this unit can fit so much more (washed a queen size comforter with no issues). It is extremely quiet and has a plenty of settings. I did need to have a 110 v outlet installed (requires both 240 and 110). Bestbuy installation was great and they moved the new one in and the old one out without any damage.

Alright, I am sure it's going to be amazing.It's gonna fit perfectly in my smaller condo.I haven't received it yet.It's taking a while to receive it.But that's the only complaint I have.And looking forward to owning it!!!

Easy quick delivery, although the delivery guy was a little rude and irritable, but who doesn't have a bad day every now and then. They are very quiet and smooth running. Fits inside a standard door.

I bought this set after it was shown to me on the store computer screen. They did not have a Floor Model since it's a brand new model. Who would of known the doors are not reversible? All dryer and Washer I've had in the past have had reversible doors. I can't rate the actual performance yet because I just got them delivered today but I'm sure they're going to work great. But I'm stuck with doors swinging the wrong way because of my existing laundry room setup, and I can't reverse the door swing on them. It's a little frustrating LG did not give the option of reversing the doors. So, be advice and study the door swing on this unit and make sure that it will be comfortable for your laundry room set up. Other than that, the machines look great.

So far, we love it! Big tub allows us to wash a family of 6 clothes in a day. It's a lot quieter than our last unit. Would highly recommend.

The spin cycle doesn't work that well. Water seems not to drain. The machine is quite and the clothes come out clean. It's with the larger loads that it isn't working as well.

Service was very fast, and professional since I contact them until they instal my washer and dryer. Thank you.

New WashTower works well and fits the space perfectly

Absolutely wonderful appearance!!! Easy to use… Wi-Fi was tough to figure out but an awesome feature once connected… 5 out of 5!!!!
