Do not buy this. Yes its pretty but we have had constant issues with this machine. The balancing rod broke twice- no we didnt put heavy items in it.
Then the door seal ring just disintegrated - a month after the warranty. No help from Lg when I called they dont back their produce.
The LG is only 3 years old and will need to be replaced soon i think because it has issues over and over.
Our samsung is covered very well we have had it for 7
years-
the drying also doesnt work - only on high

Looks good, worked well for 1.5 years, then start getting u5 error code, which is the drum shocks/vibration sensor...now it can't get through 1 small load of wash without stopping...of course we didn't get the extended warranty...so nowadays guess that's necessary ? Poor quality, poor warranty, poor company...repair will cost almost half of a new unit...never again will I buy an LG appliance...only worth it if I order parts and fix myself.

The worst purchase I ever made. We waited 3 months to receive it and then the dryer is not working another 6 weeks we are waiting for someone to come checked this out. Absolutely not recommend

I love my washer and dryer. My husband passed away the week before I got it. I got the warranty as I knew I would be on my own. When I went to do my first load of wash I noticed there was a large scratch across the front of my washer. I emailed Best Buy and they responded that they would contact the geek squad. I am so disappointed. No one ever responded

Worst product especially if you purchase Scam Squad warranty. Best Buy doesn’t know how to repair. Buy elsewhere on 6th appointment still broken

LG Not Interested In Sending Out Missing Parts

We received this unit. Part of the setup was to remove 4 shipping bolts from the back and install retaining caps / bolts. Also they supply a sort of grip tape to put under the feet to keep the unit from moving around. Neither came with our unit. We were told to put tape over the holes in back and could purchase grip tape from a hardware strore.
