One of the best stackable washer dryer I've used in a long time.

Overall good set. A little difficult to move alone, make sure to have help.

I’ve had this washer/dryer tower for less than 2 years and paint is peeling and has some discoloration, potentially rust around the soap dispenser. No detergent has been left in the area to cause peeling. No harsh chemicals have been used to clean the machine. This is considered a cosmetic issue and neither Best Buy or LG will resolve this. LG sent me a link to a website form to “write a letter” to the LG president and I’ve not been contacted by a person. I did randomly receive a link to extend my warranty but I do not qualify and that would not help anyway if they feel this is cosmetic. I see this as a DEFECT. There should be no issues in such a short time. My previous washer/dryer tower that was at least 20 years old didn’t have rust or peeling paint. I’ve seen other customer complaints about paint peeling on these units often around the door. It makes me wonder if warmth from the hot water is melting the paint. This all needs to be addressed! Additionally, the dryer does not 100% dry my clothes. The setting needs to be on high to get close to dry. I often let my clothes air dry after each load before putting them away. I would not recommend!

I bought this stackable washer and dryer. I paid for a new unit and was given a used one. I only ordered this from Best Buy because they assured me that the unit would be delivered before I had to leave Florida to come back home to New York. When I complained to Best Buy and asked for an exchange they were unable to do it before I had to leave. So I’m back in New York and this used unit is sitting in my condo in Florida until I can get back there for the exchange. I believe they sent me this used to unit, hoping that I wouldn’t realize it. The washing machine had water in it, the dryer filter was filled with lint, and there were several scratches on the side. Hopefully I won’t have trouble with the exchange when I can get back to Florida but this will be the last time I trust Best Buy for any future purchases.

Cannot recommend. Delivered on 12/19/2022. Several problems, including 2 leaks. Poor customer service from the LG representative regarding the latest leak (09/28/2023).

Very noisy. Very disappointed as description states it's quiet. Maybe I got the exception.

The washer doesn’t drain completely the water when it’s done and the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes, it leaves them damp. Usually need 2 runs for it to dry them. No sure if it’s an installation problem or the machine itself.

Dryer doesn’t dry clothes. Outside of unit gets to 103-104 degrees. Geek squad argues that nothing is wrong with the unit however clothes aren’t drying. Best Buy geek squad recommended I put a bucket of water next to the unit and exhaust into the bucket ?!! That’s how their extended warranty works.

Terrible product. I’ve owned it for less than a year. The glass door of the washing machine shattered mid cycle. There was broken glass everywhere when I opened the door. To make matters worse, LG and Best Buy claim this is not covered by either warranty.

I will never EVER buy anything from best buy again. Bought washer and Dryer on August 2 got it delivered 20 days later and now it is falling apart. They have hung up on me 2 times and NO RESOLUTION what so ever.

I love my new washer and dryer unit. Great performance, quiet, and a really stunning construction. What I like best about the machine is how much smaller it is when compared to traditional stacked machines (a separate washer and a separate dryer). Because the Washer/Dryer are pre-integrated, you save about 8-10 inches in height and about 3 inches in depth. This is a huge win if you're working with a tight space. It also also for storage above the unit! I highly recommend :)

This was a showroom unit, which happened to be in an excellent shape. The price was much lower than previous basic model. I got lucky. It’s only been a month, but this unit has done plenty of exercise already. Of course, nothing is perfect - there are more advanced next gen models available now. But at what price? The WKEX200HBA has everything most people need and more. It’s the most praised laundry center of this class. It is quiet, it does the job well. I don’t mind buying high efficiency detergent. One important thing - now i have much needed extra space in the laundry compartment. Delivery was made on time. Delivery team was efficient and helpful. Thank you Bestbuy! PS Cats love their new entertainment center.

guys broke dryer vent hose (see pics); guys did not really know how to solve a problem TO FIT IN; the vent hose itself is bad, I expected of a better quality and FLEXIBLE; the whole stacked option does NOT fit where it should

Pros: Controls are conveniently located. WiFi connected - downloadable wash routines. Fairly quiet. Speed. Clean lines. Efficient. Capacity and smaller footprint. Multiple cycles, downloadable. App integration and WiFi Bedding setting. Well built. Smooth uniform front. Configurable - side vent for dryer. Heavy Cons: Can't create custom cycles. Finding a "cold water" wash can be complicated. Changing water temp, speed, etc. is often not possible for the chosen cycle. This can be maddening. Previous GE washer had "active wear" setting for my workout clothes. I have yet to find something equivalent. Really miss that one. Can't change the door opening from right to left. WiFi configuration was difficult and required contacting LG. LG was helpful. I tried multiple times, following the instructions step by step. What LG told me was not in the instructions, but it worked. Also, though the cell data on my phone had to be turned OFF to make the connection, once that was established I've been able to use it with cell data reenabled.
