I was considering so many other stacked washer dryer combos (2 separate machines I would have to stack). But when I saw this all in 1 wash tower unit, with the space savings, integrated controls and gorgeous looks, It was a no brainer; I bought it as soon as I saw it. The machine is quieter than I thought and seemingly very efficient (i'll know when my next utility bill comes). The city is also giving me a rebate for purchasing such a water efficient unit. Only thing is, the doors are not reversible, which wasn't an issue for me, but may be for some.

The LG WashTower is a must have! I've had one for several years and just bought another for my condo in Florida. It's compact for small spaces, but it offers plenty of room for washing and drying large loads. This is a high tech, efficient machine that cleans clothes thoroughly and quickly, yet it's easy on your clothes. It offers great wash and dry options and easy to use soft-touch controls. The steam is an extra plus! I love its modern look and performance. Buy this and you will be very happy!

This is a beautiful, stackable washer and dryer combo that was perfect for our tiny space. Love the graphite color as well. The capacity is just right. Also love the built-in intelligence feature. Decided to go with this unit being that we had purchased it on sale.

I love my new LG Washtower washer and dryer. It takes up half the space, but still holds as many clothes as other full size sets. They are easy to use and super quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stacked set!

Great appliance, nice size, very quite, and preforms well. especially like the Wi-Fi compatibility, phone tells me when cycles are done also when to clean filters.

Everything about this washer/dryer combo is fantastic. The unit is very quiet and runs efficiently. Only issue was with installation. It took 3 Best Buy teams to come out and install correctly. The first group didnt want to even deliver it (stood in our door and told us no) but did it anyway, they left a MASSIVE piece of styrofoam under the unit so it was super loud for the first few washes until we could figure out the issue. Second Best Buy team to come out at first refused to move the unit to look, but when they did they were able to remove the item, however they were no longer able to properly fit the unit in our closet and the door no longer fit. WE finally got a third team out who explained to us WHY they were unable to move the unit again and now we must find an alternative to the original accordion door. Overall the product is great but Best Buy deliver service is not, definitely find an alternative for delivery if you can.

Very quiet and efficient. Wash and dryer cycle selections are easy to understand and easy to operate. We went from a side by side washer dryer unit to this stackable one. Saves space in our laundry room and allowed us to build a large storage cabinet next to it. Can wash a king comforter - a little tight though.

Our recent purchase of the front loader LG washer and dryer was certainly a good buy for us. Both machines are nice and quiet. Our laundry room is on the first floor so no more noises when doing laundry. The washer really spins the items dry which makes drying time much shorter too. Not only are both the washer and dryer efficient, the laundry gets done faster than before.

This washer and dryer has been amazing. The amount of clothes it can hold is impressive for its size. Controls are very easy. It has an option of downloading a free app that gives you tips and tricks for washing clothes. Even has pre-settings that you can download for specific wash/drying cycles. Is very easy to set up and no movement or noise while cycles are going. Plus is that it is very modern looking/sleek. If you download that app it also has ability to tell you what exactly is wrong or what part is not working if there are malfunctions. I do dry wall and construction related jobs, the washer has cleaned my work clothes perfectly.

Works wonderful and saves space. I would recommend to someone who wants a system that does speed wash in 15min!

This is a tower washer/drier with 5 washing options installed and a 6th that can be downloaded via the LG ThinQ app. I have not downloaded the app which gives the "rinse/spin" option that can be added via wifi. If selecting "normal" the washer will detect the weight of the clothing using AI to know how long it needs to wash for. For a full load, it's about a little over an hour without the prewash button being used. The AI helps when clothes are placed in the drier, as it will auto select a drying time for the clothes based on the AI from the washer. Other washing options include "heavy duty". "bedding", "delicates", and "speed wash". Bedding is only to be used when washing heavy covers per the instruction booklet. I have placed light weight sheets/pillow covers in the washer on "normal", and it takes less time compared to the bedding option. Delicates I have not used, but instructions note that it is for silks, dresses, or dress shirts. Speed wash is a godsend as it allows one to wash clothing within a 15 minute time frame. Very good for getting rid of new accidental stains or spills on clothing. Overall, an excellent washer. This is a high efficiency washer, and should use only liquid HE detergent although, pods work too, but only if you're using a full load. This washer saves water. Only complaint I have is removing stains from rags which do not seen to come out easily. Hopefully 5 years down the road it does not leak.

I live in a townhouse w/ only a laundry closet -- 38"D x32" W to be exactly. So my W/D options these days are very limited because most full size individual washing machines and dryers available are too deep to allow for the needed 3-4" of room for the vent in the back. This left me with exactly two options - the WashTower with it's normal load size or one of the smaller 24" units that are maybe big enough for doll clothes. So WashTower it was. One thing that concerned me was whether it would go up my winding stairs. To my relief, while this is a stacked unit, it can be moved in two pieces. After that it was "off to the races." No install problems at all. The unit I was replacing was an old war horse, 24 years old. It was one of the first stackable front loads available in the the U.S. My only beef with it was that when it was on the spin cycle it sounded **and felt** like a jet was taking off in my house. The LG WashTower is more like a electric car on the street. You barely know it's on. Fantastic. It's so quiet you might forget you have clothes in the wash. Fortunately it's a "connected" device so if you set up the app it will send a notification to your phone or smartwatch that your laundry is ready for the next step. The only downside to this is if you have a load in the washer and dryer it doesn't tell you which is finished. Another feature I like is that all the control panels are at eye (and arm) level. You can also control the unit through the app. The performance of this machine is excellent. It weighs your clothes in normal mode to calculate wash time. There is also a quick wash mode that will wash clothes in 30 min. It has all the other modes like bedding, delicate that you would expect. You can also download modes from the app (just one at a time though). Drying is equally competent. A normal load of cotton clothes or sheets can dry in as little as 20 min. There's a lot more to this unit but those are some of the highlights. The unit is more expensive compared to what a comparable individual washer dryer pair would cost, but if you are looking at the WashTower my guess is you don't have that option. And, at least when I was shopping, no other front load stacked unit offers a normal 4.5 cu ft washer drum -- large enough to fit a queen, probably a king comforter or blanket. The one thing that kind of gripes me is that, at this price, LG does not include a drying rack for when you want to dry things but don't want them tumbling around. It's an extra cost option.

The wash and dry tower has a lot of features, is easy to operate and pretty silent.

This sleek combination appliance has been even better than expected. The controls are located between the top dryer and bottom washer, so visibility and ease of setting are perfect. Both washer and dryer are remarkably quiet. The washer tub has a large capacity. I would caution anyone who is replacing an existing appliance to check their electrical outlet for their dryer. Mine had the necessary 4-prong outlet, but this new dryer plug has one prong that is L-shaped at the end. I had to change my outlet to accommodate the plug.

As of now, it has worked perfectly and is just the right size for our space. For those of us who don't have the space for a side-by-side washer/dryer, this product is superior to all other alternatives in the market. So-called "unitized" washer/dryer combos are much lower in capacity. The "stackable" options have the dryer controls on the top so they're difficult to reach. This product saves space and has both easy access to controls and high capacity. Good job. If it lasts at least 5 years this will be the perfect washer/dryer.

This is a nice set. Controls are set in the middle and easier to reach!! Big help for me. Isn't it always the case that you have your machine die and are in a panic to find a replacement? This set, which is all one and attached together was a nice choice. I loved my Maytag Duet and it made it to 10 years with no issues. I like American made, but due to availability of stackables, went with an LG. I really like that the controls are easier to reach, as other stackables, not one unit, are set at the top and for someone height challenged, it was always an issue. Nice and quiet, with controls that are simple to figure out. I am pleased with my quick decision!
