This LG wash tower is a gem! It has all the features I was looking for and more. It is easy to use and very quiet as well as energy efficient. Working with the Best Buy sales team was effortless. We purchased and had delivered in less than 5 days.

Easy to use and simple installation. Cycles are quiet and dryer is especially efficient, even as a stackable unit.

Love the look and the functions are exactly what I had on my “need” list. It’s a very quiet stacking unit and it’s got a streamlined look. The capacity is AMAZING! It will wash a king sized comforter easily! The control panel is very easy to use, it’s got an auto sensor for load size and adjusts, the steam setting is wonderful for those large items/towels etc and it’s got a great “tilted” interior drum in the washer that drains every bit of the water during the spin cycle! My clothes have been very clean and the water extracted so well that dryer time is less that it ever was before. Very happy with both the washer and dryer for both functionality and esthetics! Would purchase again and recommend!

So far, so good. My fiance and I just bought our first home with a very tight laundry closet. A stackable unit was the only thing that made sense. Super happy so far with the unit. It is quiet, cleans and dries very well. Our laundry closet is attached to our living room, but with the laundry door closed we can barely notice when the unit is running. Lots of space for big loads, blankets, bedding, etc. Nice features too. BestBuy install process was very easy-- they showed up on time, quickly got the unit inside and hooked up, and tested the unit to confirm it worked properly with no leaks. Good experience overall.

Purchased this to replace an older Frigidaire laundry center in our apartment that was starting to get very noisy. In comparison, the LG WashTower is very quiet, does not vibrate or make loud noises and seems much more efficient. The app and alerts when a cycle is finished is a nice touch (much more convenient than I expected) and the steam cleaning option in the dryer is great. The AI and programming options definitely have a bit of a learning curve but it is certaintly not difficult to learn and we are very happy with our purchase. Best Buy installation and haul away service was also top notch and professional and they had our WashTower delivered and installed on time and as scheduled.

Easy to use preset functions, quiet, efficient. Gets clothes dry on time. Great space saver. I haven't tried the app or used anything other than presets, so can't judge that just yet. Only have run 2 loads so far.

So far so good. I have had this new washtower for about a week now. I've done about 4 loads so far and all came out great. This is my first new washer and dryer in 25 years, so I'm still figuring out all of the features, but it is pretty simple to use right out of the box. I love that the stacked units leaves extra room in my laundry room for a table now so that I can fold clothes right out of the dryer.

This washer and dryer exceeded expectations. Installation was straightforward, the units are very quiet, and performance is excellent. Clothes come out consistently clean and dry without needing repeat cycles. The controls are intuitive, cycle options cover everything from heavy loads to delicates, and the machines feel solid and well-built. The stackable design saves space and looks modern. Energy efficiency is a plus, and overall reliability has been flawless so far. Highly recommended for anyone upgrading or replacing older units.

I had a previous and older (15 years old and still going!) LG washer and dryer but after seeing the changes in technology, thought an upgrade would be helpful. I settled on this model. Smaller footprint and clearly more efficient. this requires less detergent. It senses the time and varies the wash and dry time with the load. Love the app ability and the way to customize cycles based on loads as well. It is really quiet, it looks nice and it washes clothes so much better. Truly outstanding. I recommend the extra money for the installation and parts. This installation and haul away was done in minutes and everything was great.

I am usually an avid review reader but I needed a washer and dryer that could stack and fit into a limited space and this fit the bill. I was a bit nervous because I could not find a single review online or any sort of commercial detailing and describing everything that it does and the fact that it was just released. Well, I’ve been so happy with this unit! I have, literally, sat down and turned the drum lights on and watched it work it’s magic. The clothes came out clean, it shared the wash information with the dryer so that the timing and temperature were correct, and it is SO quiet. The spin cycle reminds me of the turbine engines on an airplane when they start to get going and when they slow down. I was waiting for the laundry to shoot out of the washer and go into my neighbors apartment. My only two minor complaints are that the washer does have that new washer smell and it hasn’t come out yet and then the dryer cord.. I highly recommend you plan on a 10 foot, 4 prong, cord if you’re outlet is lower to the ground.

We made the decision to buy the WashTower due to space utilization in our laundry room. Despite having a large laundry room, we wanted to utilize the space better and install a steam cabinet (also by LG). However, what we have discovered is that this unit exceeded our expectations and is no more hassle than the normal two units side by side! There was a little confusion with setting up the app, but we worked through it and it works very well (such that my wife can message me to put the clothes from the washer to the dryer when she is out, as she gets a notification that the wash cycle is done... Is this a good thing? LOL :-) Anyway, the controls on the panel are clear, simple, and easy to use. The washer works extremely well, with clothes coming out half dry with the high speed spin, and very fresh smelling (i.e. the rinse cycle works very well). The dryer is very efficient, but we have noticed that very large bedding items can remain a little damp in the middle, but this was true of every unit we had before). The issue being that even while tumbling, there always seems to be an area of the duvet that remains tangled, and thus holds a little more moisture). But, overall we are extremely please with our purchase! Oh, and one last point... When you buy this unit, get the extended warranty, as it's effectively half price! Because buying one unit that both washes and dries, you only pay for the warranty on one machine, not two warranties for two machines! That was another plus! I'd recommend this unit to anyone, especially as it makes life more efficient with the notifications, and the machines stay active more often, with less wait time between loads. A great combo machine that truly does it all. And looks fantastic doing it!

This is such a wonderful set. Very quiet, very easy to use. And so attractive. I purchased through Best Buy and got delivery within days. No complaints.

This all in one stackable with the dryer controls right above the washer controls is A Huge selling point and dry convenient! It has all the space saving without sacrificing any features. The fact that the washer and dryer communicate dry you Do Not need to set the dryer setting is smart and spot on. It is very quiet, had a sleek design and the features are too many to mention. The doors close tightly and easily. Plus, it id much less than buying separate units and has wifi technology built into the units. I don't see any downside to this combo unit... If you can get one don't hesitate to do so!

Hands down- one of the best combo Washer/dryers out there. On top of it- this unit does not take too much space. Love the finish touch to it. Using it- could not be simpler. The washer will communicate with the dryer to setup the optimal program for your clothes. Steaming- is another great feature. it will remove hard stains from clothes and the dryer can refresh it in a few minutes. The fast wash takes around 35 minutes to wash your clothes. The only reason why i am giving it 4 stars is the App. For some reason I can't setup the wifi to work non stop. Tried changing my password to not include special characters and still nothing. I need to reconnect the unit every time if i want to download new cycles and even with that- sometimes it does not work. LG help support is useless. Need to contact geek squad and let them figure this out.

This is a compact, no-nonsense washer dryer. You can customize functions or keep it simple. I bought this for my 83-year-old mother and she loves it. Buying from Best Buy took me less than five minutes and appointment was within the week for installation . Install team was terrific. They hauled off the old unit and installed the new unit in 15 minutes time without a scratch. Best Buy does require you to buy all new Supplies in order to qualify for free installation. However, if the install team does not deem that you need it, you can return the unused parts, Would not hesitate to buy from Best Buy again.

This is a good space, saving washer and dryer. Plenty big washes the clothes. Great you can even listen to music if you want while your clothes are being done. I love the sound it makes you could leave it on or off we’re leaving it on so you can download the app. You don’t have to download the app, but you can download the app and it’ll tell you when your wash is done and Your drying is done. only thing I don’t like is that the washers on the bottom and not the top I’d rather it have been on the top but that’s fine. It works great. It does what it’s supposed to do and alert you when something‘s wrong or is done again you can have the music on or off.

Good looking easy to use. Lots of space for blankets and clothes.
