    Item is fine. Purchased at your EP outlet. Sent the wrong item first with a dent on side. Had to wait another week for corrrect one. Also delivery guys not the most helpful. Was supposed to get hooked up. Adjustable feet so badly bent on the replacement. Took my husband and i a while to get it leveled and installed

    Love them so far. Wish the washer had a light light the dryer. Also should have an option of which way the doors swing.

    Though I’m sure the unit is probably fine, the installation attempts were awful. At 7th visit that didn’t get the unit installed I finally just canceled the order and went to Home Depot.

  • BUYER BEWARE: Breakdowns and Misleading Warranty

    BUYER BEWARE: Broken within first year. Bought this seemingly top of the line drier in January and by October it had broken - no rhyme or reason just while doing some towels. BestBuy support directed me to LG as they do not help with any issues after 15 days relating to this product…. And LG while it says its under warranty will take a week for me to get service. Also important to note advertise “10 year warranty” is for a specific part, the actually warranty on the machine is 1 year which is deceptive marketing at best.

We understand the importance of having your LG Wash Tower (WKEX200HBA) model run smoothly and quietly. o address the noise and lint issues, please try these troubleshooting steps: Clean the lint filter before each cycle and check the filter housing for debris that may prevent a proper seal against the door, as this can cause buildup on the door glass. If the unit is new, please confirm that all shipping bolts were removed from the back of the washer during installation, as these will cause extreme noise if left in place.
