    This Washtower is incredible! So functional and efficient. The Best Buy delivery/installers were superb! There are so many extra cycles available on the LG ThinQ app. There is a light in the washer as well as the dryer, and when a cycle is finished, it plays an audible tune and notifies your phone as well. Would recommend this product to anyone.

    make sure your lint filter seats properly, if warped buy new one for 60 bucks. get housing out and clean that, then put new lint filter in. housing 6 screws inside drum.

    A love the footprint of this washer/dryer. It gives me so much more room in my small laundry room. The color is gorgeous!! So far it has been working well, and we have had no issues with it. The washer does seem slightly louder than our old whirlpool, but it is not terrible. Best Buy installers were wonderful.

    Both the washer and dryer of this unit have great options and work well. My one complaint is the washer remains wet in the door seal and soap dispenser for a very long time. If you don't leave the door and dispenser hanging open for a full day after washing it will smell of mildew.

    We have loved this machine. Exceptional machine with all you could ask for. Thin q app lets you pick from swveral added wash/dry features. Small load can be washed and dried in 25 to 30 minutes.
