    As i akways do i got this as an open box. Its bew and unised with a simple demt on the aide which youll never see as its incased between cabinets. Lg easily makes better applianves tham samsung and i coukdmt be happier with this purchase especially getting it half off because of an open bix.

    There techs who came and installed my WashTower were very professional and courteous. They were able to install and make sure the appliance operated flawlessly. They also offered us a tutorial and advice on how to run our unit before departure and cleaned the area after working. We’re pleased with their service. So far so good.

    I didn’t love this set. I was using the powder detergent & it would leave sooo much soap in the bottom.. sometimes I would have to wash the same clothes 3 times.. I JUST started using the pods & now I loveeeee it. Maybe it was me? Idk lol but pods in this set is the way to go.

    The folks that installed the washer and Dryer were efficient quick and clean. I didn't realize till after it was installed but the only thing that I wished for was that they had installed the washer and dryer doors the opposite way. I usually have a choice when I've purchased it in the past.
