    I’ve only had this for a couple of weeks but I love it!!! We moved and have a very small laundry room so we ordered this stackable. I love that the buttons are in the middle. I love the 15 min wash cycle. I love the normal cycle that only takes 30 min. Looks beautiful too.

    Attractive tower but each delivery attempt had dents on sides of units that might have impacted the internal rotating drums - after 3 tries, i got a refund and ordered a stackable set - i still think the tower is attractive - others have had no problems ... what else can i say?

    Broke down within a year. Product support was an absolute nightmare. Best buy kept kicking us to LG and LG wanted to refuse warranty service.

    Very good so far but this unit needs 30 amps to run dryer. I had a 20amp breaker. After so many consultations with sales people includung coming to home it was never mentioned. Had to guess when dryer kept shutting off

    I am happy with the stackable washer and dryer except for one small problem. When I have to take the laundered clothing out of the washer I have to almost get down on my knees to reach in to take out clothes. I may have to get a small stool to sit on.

    As advertised. It’s a little sensitive when it comes to dryer vent. But I guess that’s a good thing. The shorter the distance and avoid bends and turns as much as possible.

    I’m super impressed with Best Buy. My first appliance purchase was the LG Washtower. Two very nice gents, Ken & Mike, arrived right on time, and from start to finish was only 20 mins!     So far I love it. It does take getting used to after my old conventional set. It is very efficient, uses way less water. Also it washes and dries much faster then the old conventional set did. We had them deliver and the guys did a superb job setting it up.

    I bought it 10 months ago and it’s in great shape. It was a bit expensive but I think it was worth the investment. At least for now because I hope it doesn’t break within urbe next 3-4 years.

    Operating this is a bit complicated, simply because I’m technically challenged. Having said that, It’s very i intrusive and looks more like a fridge than a laundry tower. So far so good…
