So far so good. Been a couple weeks of use. Haven’t even looked at the book. Can’t seem to get the WiFi thing to work with my internal system. Asks for a password, which is just for the machine. Yet there is none listed. So is I’ll have to call which is annoying. Lastly, my old outlet was wrong-set for this unit. Was a 50amp vs. the 30 amp this one is. You want an L-Shaped ground. Only the grey unit was available due to the chip shortage.

Love it controls are easy to use. The amount of different settings for both washer and dryer is great.

I really could care less what kind of laundry machine that we own. However, my wife absolutely loves it and that's about all I care about. It was really cool when I put a blanket from the wash into the dryer, the machine automatically selected the bedding setting and all I had to do was hit start. Pretty nifty. But it should be for this kind of price!

We were looking for a stackable unit when we discovered this . Very nice it’s one unit not separate units to stack and when you wash a load and place it in the dryer it automatically knows the settings. Washing clothes are a task I rather enjoy these days as you can get it done less than an hour. It’s very energy efficient and uses very little water

Great washer and dryer -- and great service with installation.

I bought this to replace my 5 year old Samsung front load units. This is ingenious. Having it be a single unit, they were able to put the controls at a viewable and easily usable level. I’m glad I splurged on this instead of fixing my old unit (dryer stopped working)
