So far, so good. Wish an instruction manual came with it. I don’t like having to go online for simple answers. I didn’t think I’d like a front load washer, but I’m getting used to it. I make sure to wipe down the gaskets and leave the door open after use, so it will air dry and not develop a smell.

The washer can be a bit noisy, but not 100% sure if it’s because of the tight space that it’s in. The dryer is awesome so far so keeping my fingers crossed…very quite and smart drying works perfectly. Haven’t been able to connect it to my wifi network, but again it’s in a tight spot and I can’t get it out in order to take the necessary steps to get it connected.

Easy to use. Only the placement off water intake could be rethought.

My son had limited space for a washer and dryer this item fit in their closet. The LG is the Best Value for the $ much better than other stackable ventless models. Controls are conveniently located. BEST BUY Total tech free delivery and installation. Best Value

Love the machine. The delivery team was awful. They literally brought the machine in the house and left. The Geek Squad guy, Carlos, who came to install the machine since the delivery team failed to do so, was fabulous.

An excellent washer/dryer combination. Seems well built, no issues thus far. Fit into a small footprint in a rental house that separate front loaders with a stacking kit would not fit. Check for a fit, this one fits well and functions as a single unit.

Very pleased. Much quieter than expected. Great for small laundry space.

Bought this in store at best buy. Upon using it after two months, during the wash cycle a loud banging noise can be heard. The noise sounds like a hammer hitting something hard and hollow. It is not pleasant. Although it takes up little space, I would not recommend this tower.

Installation was a quick and easy process, I love when they take old equipment and set up the new appliance for cheap. I do miss having agitators though over all, made for a better peace of mind clothes were clean. No concerns with my unit though!
