ThinQ doesn’t work

Washer and dryer work good. Problem is the ThinQ app does not connect to the wash tower. Extremely limits functionality. Customer support has been lacking.

We understand the importance of having your LG Wash Tower (WKEX200HBA) model run smoothly and quietly. o address the noise and lint issues, please try these troubleshooting steps: Clean the lint filter before each cycle and check the filter housing for debris that may prevent a proper seal against the door, as this can cause buildup on the door glass. If the unit is new, please confirm that all shipping bolts were removed from the back of the washer during installation, as these will cause extreme noise if left in place. Immediately the unit flagged an error code (E80) that the dryer vent was clogged. Spent $4k to run a new dryer vent to have it continuing to randomly error code (E80). LG Technical support refused to send a technician out saying it's the dryer vent. Found out from our property manager that another one of his owner's units has the same issue with the same Tower. Suggest you buy something else.

It can’t judge the weight. I went back to Best Buy and they told me it will not ever spin rugs. Very disappointed.

Best Buy needs to fix this dryer.

I looked up this error message and something is not right in the vent. This was installed by Best Buy. I called Best Buy to have them fix whatever is wrong. Best Buy has not fixed this. I bought this in January and it has not worked correctly from day 1.

Was not installed because of home remodeling until late 2023. Have been using for 6 months and already have issues with the dryer not powering on. Purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Serviced by Sears Home Services. Had 3 appointments scheduled last week and no one has ever shown up.
