Been getting jerked around by LG customer service for a month now. LG customer service and warranty is a joke. Ive called everyday and been promised a call back within 24 hrs everytime, from the "presidential liaison team" to expidite a resolution. I have not recieved a single call and there has been no resolution. 1 month with no laundry, thanks LG! Customer service is 100% worthless I'll never buy another LG product again!

After two weeks of failed delivery and installation, accompanied by endless excuses and unfulfilled promises of callbacks, the entire process has been a disaster. As a BestBuy Total member and a long-term customer, I expected much better treatment, but that was not the case. The level of carelessness exhibited is unacceptable. This experience has left me questioning the commitment to customer service, and I urge others to be cautious. I hope that management addresses this issue promptly and someone actually calls me back as promised. TBD

Overpriced, under designed.

Yeah, it looks nice, but is lacking in features that were perfected over 50 years ago. Love to see new tech just not do the things it should be able to do. The future is looking very bright indeed.

They were to hook the appliance up and couldn't figure out how to and left it not hooked up and water all over the floor. Thank heavens my husband is handy enough to figure it out and get the job done. The one guy was also very condescending. Sorry that I am rating this so low but I have already sent in one that was excellent for the sales. So this one is for the Geek squad

The dryer settings left me baffled. This thing can play a full song to alert you when it’s finished drying yet you can’t change the temperature on the dryer settings. Only way you can choose low heat is if you select timed dry and then you have to be very careful because when you change the time it defaults the temp back to high. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to this machine to save space but I’ll likely be sending it back.

The dryer takes all day to dry one load and it’s constantly stopping on its own. Wanted to love it but after a couple months of constant use I have to say stay away from this product.

Damaged product, multiple deliveries, no gift card

Nonetheless, the delivery and installation is a disaster. The product arrived damaged in the first delivery which is a surprise. Later on, we arranged another delivery and then on the scheduled day there is no item delivered with no prior communication from Best buy. It has wasted our time for two complete business days waiting for nothing. For the third delivery attempt, the installation staff said the space is too tight so special hardware is required so a forth delivery is scheduled. In the forth visit, the installation is finally completed. It is a waste of time doing business with Best buy and the gift card compensation process is even more frustrating. The promised gift card compensating our loss in time is not received after one month from the forth visit. Do not try buying appliances from Best buy.

The bad points, to noisy, sometimes the wash doesn’t add water or detergent to the clothing. The app need to allow for more control of the spin cycle and custom wash configs. I meant delivery guys who Best Buy tasked with the installation. These dudes couldn't install a furnace air filter, let alone a washer/dryer. The company BB hired to deliver/install were only worried about being finished within 30 minutes. Installed the vent hose with a kink so bad it ripped a hole in it. When i pointed it out, installer got super confrontational. There are too many things that went wrong to list.

After only several loads, the dryer stopped heating. It has been a week now and LG service has yet to even get a repair service scheduled. Maybe they think it is no problem to not be able to do laundry. Had I known this unit would malfunction so soon and that it would be nearly impossible to get repaired, I never would have bought it. I recommend going with a brand that can actually service their product.

The second one also smells like dangerous chemicals. Just not as severe yet. This is very disappointing. There’s also a whole conversation on Reddit about this so LG has to know something is wrong with the washer.
