Late April - ordered this for delivery and installation. It arrived damaged. Best Buy said they would replace it. Great! Since then - Best Buy called to cancel the new delivery and installation FOUR TIMES, each time at the last minute, and as of now (five weeks after initial order) I still do not have the replacement.

Dryer stopped working after just 18 months

Unit is out of LGs warranty (1 year only). Saddled with a $2000 machine which will need costly repairs (hoping it can be repaired). Older Samsung unit ran for more than 10 years before aging out. Should have stuck with the same company. Disappointed how soon this unit stopped working just after the warranty ran out.

Using the time consuming app still didn’t allow for a spin cycle only. I’d highly suggest avoid buying this if you want wi-fi free effortless control of your laundry. Only one download cycle per time is allowed. Worthless unit for those of us that have delicates to jeans.

Best Buy replaced with no questions asked. Unfortuntly, after waiting almost 4 weeks to recieve the replacement LG cancelled delivery the night before which i was not aware of until i called to ask what time delivery was and was told it was pushed back until September 14th.

We purchased the 4 year replacement product plan, but now Best Buy isn’t honoring it, saying something about how “the policy changed yesterday”. We have a product that doesn’t work properly that was installed just over two months ago and no one is doing anything about it. Almost $2300 down the drain.

I can’t imagine this thing will last. Even with only 5 towels evenly spaced out, this thing is loud. The machine is on a level ceramic tile floor. Best Buy needs to fix this dryer.

I looked up this error message and something is not right in the vent. This was installed by Best Buy. I called Best Buy to have them fix whatever is wrong. Best Buy has not fixed this. Service technician came out today and determined installation was done properly by Best Buy and venting was also sufficient; he recommended we get another unit since this one is only 30 days old & was used infrequently. Delivered damaged….twice!

However when it was delivered it was clearly damaged..appeared to be dropped. Called for service because of issue with drum of washer in spin cycle. Unable to repair it to factory specs. Requested an exchange and paid for brand new item. It was delivered today with major damage. Refused and returned waiting for another one. Regretting my purchase decision. Hope someone can deliver without damage!
